WOW!!! I found this place through TikTok and it was worth the drive. May, the owner is soooo sweet. She knows all of her regulars by name and all new comers are treated like old friends. I've never had a warm apple fritter before and WOW, that was a game changer. Also the twists that are hot and pillowy and sweet are divine. The chocolate donuts are all delicious and fantastic as well. Her husband is the master baker behind the scenes and she's a pure ray of sunshine working the counter. She was so helpful in making a selection of donuts for the 3 dozen I ordered. Pricing does change when you start picking donuts outside of the classic selection, but I think that's understandable. Considering certain styles of donuts aren't as simple to make. I'm from the Bay Area and it's hard to find a smaller establishment that hasn't been commercialized or lost touch with putting its customers first. Donuts overpriced and below average. Got some glazed twists, a cinnamon roll, and maple bars. Cinnamon roll and glazed twists barely had any glaze on top. The maple bars had a custard filling, which was completely unexpected. Normal maple bars do not have any filling. I love donuts and get the same ones everywhere. I've never had this problem. I hate custard filling and was completely surprised to take a bite of the maple bar and notice the filling.
