High quality products and nice bagel ideas in the menu! I tried the tuna bagel and the Jules salad. The crispy bacon was delicious!

The burgers were not up to the high reviews, in my opinion. Perhaps, the owners have changed, or the menus have changed since the last reviews. I can't really explain. The meat was nothing exceptional, besides the fact that it was said to be organic. It tasted like any regular frozen beef patties bought at the store. The stuffing was very basic, and the sauce... the sauce could have made up for everything else, but it unfortunately didn't cut it either. It tasted like ketchup thrown on the bun. As for the fries...they came out between barely warm & cold. As I said, I really wished it was a great experience. On the plus side, I like the way it was plated. I like the sturdy silver tray. That is something that stands out from most burger places. Also, the buns were tender and tasty. No tables inside. Only outside eating...3 tables. I see that mostly people take it to go.

We came here as tourists and don't speak any French and there was a nice man who was bartending amongst many other things and he took the time to show us photos of the food on his phone. It was really great and I would recommend you come here if you are looking for a delicious burger.

I speak French but my friend doesn't really; the server was able to speak English fairly well, which was handy. My friend and I both got the faux filet, which came with some greens and fries. There was also a choice of sauces for the meat; we both went with the pepper sauce, which the server recommended. I found the portion to be pretty decent and filling, especially since the main plates came with complimentary bread. I feel like the French tend to like their meat more well-done than me, but I still found it to be very tasty, especially with the sauce. My friend and I each also got dessert; I got the tiramisu while she got the tarte façon tatin, which was a small apple tart. I really loved my tiramisu; it was very mousse-textured and had a chestnut cream in the base, which was delicious. My friend also let me have a bite of her apple tart; it was hot and scrumptious, and definitely a great choice in the winter. For me, the desserts were the highlight of the meal. The restaurant has a pretty cozy ambiance, dark but with cute lighting fixtures. The service was friendly and efficient. Keep in mind the bathrooms are only accessible by stairs. I was able to pay with my American Mastercard without any issues, and I found the prices to be reasonable. A good dinner option if you're in Suresnes!

Then we didn't see it again bc it was freezing and raining the rest of our trip. Finally, I looked it up and it has two different names - the menu QR code we used came up with a name like Duke and Jane or something while it shows on Google maps as Duke House Burger. We came in in the evening during the week bc my fiancee had just gotten back to the hotel from work, wasn't feeling well, and didn't want to go back into Paris and back for dinner that night. We found it tucked inside of a mall-type building in the back, with only two other patrons inside, but we were allowed to pick any table we wanted and our waitress was prompt and friendly. We ordered a pizza and a veggie salad for dinner and both were out quickly, were fresh, and tasted amazing. Service continued to be excellent throughout. We were brought bread and like 15 different items to dip it in as well as condiments for the pizza and salad. My veggie salad was actually really delicious and loaded with ingredients. Loved it! If you are staying nearby in one of the hotels or here on business and want some veggies, they have a lot of salads on their menu so I recommend it.

The only reason this restaurant hasn't gone out of business is the location. It's got a nice view of the Grande Arche. They've done a nice job of making it look welcoming with their ample indoor/outdoor space - but don't be sucked in! If this place were somehow teleported to a small town in the United States, their cuisine might be mistaken for "decent" French food, but by Paris standards, it is a disgrace. I can confirm what one of the French-language reviewers said, that the salad greens were wilted and disgusting. Again - not totally unusual by US standards; I am no stranger to picking soggy dead greens out of the pile of "Shoprite's Pre-Washed Mixed Greens in a Bag" on my salad plate - but in France, where the salad greens do not come out of a bag and are invariably fresh and delicious, this sort of thing is completely unaccceptable. The aforementioned wilted salad accompanied a Croque Fromage. I'm vegetarian and have never had a Croque Monsieur so I thought it would be fun to try the meatless version. Fun it was not. It was vile, just an overwhelming, greasy mess of poor quality bread and overpowering cheese. Sure, go there for a drink and people-watching, but whatever you do, don't eat there! Just walk right past it and head up the stairs to the mall, where you'll find several restaurants where the food hasn't actually expired, or walk up to the Renaissance hotel to enjoy a more expensive, but far better dinner.
