If you see that some bagel racks are empty, I wouldn't be too worried because you can see into the back and see they are continuously pumping out more bagels. So you may be lucky and get a fresh one! I had an egg and cheese on an everything bagel with SPK and hot sauce. Hot sauce was great- tasted like Franks. The bagel was so soft and chewy and a good size. Excellent everything bagel toppings. I accidentally left my phone on the counter when I visited this bagel shop. We called my phone over 30 times, and no one picked up or made any attempt to return it to its owner. I then called the shop directly, and I was told that they did not have my phone. I tracked it using another device, and the location was clearly showing that it was inside the bagel shop. My husband went back inside and asked about it, and once again they said they didn't have it. Only after he showed them the location tracking and explained that the phone was definitely there, a guy from the back finally came out with my phone. What is most upsetting is that there were very few customers in the shop and the workers were not busy, yet after more than 30 calls, no one answered the phone or seemed to make any effort to return it. We were also told twice that they didn't have it, even though the location clearly showed otherwise. A bagel shop shouldn't be judged only by the quality of its bagels. Customer service, honesty, and how you treat your customers are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression and completely ruined my opinion of this place. I expected much better and will not be returning.
