Well... I come to Bella's Bagels almost every week and MAN..... today when i got my order, i got an egg bagel toasted scooped with veggie cream cheese, bacon, tomato and onion. A blueberry bagel with walnut cream cheese. Extra crispy hashbrowns. And a small coconut cream cold brew.. WOW. they absolutely NAILED this order. absolutely unbelievable work on the entirety of the order. everything was up to my liking and i loved it so much i called to tell them. it's almost 100 degrees outside and they have there doors wide open. the staff must be applauded times a MILLION with the smiles on their faces, happy energy, and fast service. EXCELLENT JOB BELLAS KITCHEN AND FOH STAFF! i was going to come back anyways because I live around the area, but today topped all visits ever!! Not sure if a new owner took over or it's new management but this place has vastly improved. I think they are about 3.5 stars but I wouldn't go to 4. I liked my actual bagel, it had a harder outside and a chewy inside, the way I personally like them. I got a plain with veggie cream cheese, it wasn't bad but it wasn't awesome either. My girlfriend had an egg bagel with butter, very simple, but it didn't have much of any butter on it. I'd come back in the summertime because there are honestly not very many good bagel places in the area and this one is definitely serviceable. read more

I would strongly advise not going here. It's very upsetting when you're treated badly, which I was for no reason. I placed my order online, I arrived to pick it up and the coffee was missing. I went to Bella's to get a sandwich for my dad and I. I was warned by him, a local of seaside for over 20 years, that the sandwiches wouldn't be as good as other places on the island. I wanted to give this establish the benefit of the doubt and order 2 bacon egg and cheeses for us. Much to my dismay, my dad was correct. The sandwich wasn't toasted, it was cold, and the meat tasted like it had been cooked hours if not days ago. We will not be returning and recommend you check out white oak or Jerry's. read more

i went in with my two friends and the service and coffee was all good. when we left I received the completely wrong order, I just ordered a bec on an onion bagel and got a Taylor ham egg and cheese a cinnamon raisin bagel. I am a firm believer that the staple of every NJ beach town should be a good fresh bagel shop. I can assure you this is NOT the spot. Bagels are not cooked on site. The first time I came to this place was the weekend before Memorial Day weekend the bagels were nice and fresh I had a wonderful Taylor ham and egg sandwich everything was cooked perfectly and the prices were just right. I came here on Father's Day only to be disappointed by every price going up about a dollar fifty. Baffled by that I asked one of the employees why the prices had gone up that much in only about three weekends and I was told the place that they buy their food from the prices went up about a dollar fifty. I find it hard to believe that an egg on a bagel that cost a dollar 75 could be $3.25. The owner and staff are very nice to deal with. Very convenient spot to pick up a crunch before heading back across the bridge and home to North Jersey. Is there really a fifty cent "toasting fee?"
