Bagger Dave's blues burger is quite possibly my favorite burger ever. It is so delicious!!! Great meat, fantastic sauce, and that pretzel bun; yum! Plus their fries and ranch dipping are good as well. I always ask for them extra crispy and they never disappoint. While lately I've been grabbing my food to go, I do enjoy coming and physically eating there. It's a chill atmosphere and they have an outside patio. Service is always good. I wish this place was more popular because I love it so much!

The service was so fast and efficient in this charming burger bar. The crispy cheese bacon had a large parmesan crisp and so much bacon. The restaurant is a bit dark on the inside, but this adds to the charm.

Came in from out of town on business. This place was across the street from the Sheraton where I was staying. What was on point. * Service was spectacular and received food very quick. Also, it was a Monday night. * l ordered the pastrami sandwich on rye. It was really good! The flavor of the pastrami popped with the right amount of sauce. What had opportunity * Would have liked to see more pastrami on the sandwich. It was enjoyable, but more please. * Fries were tasty but old. Room temperature frites are no bueno. Plus, a bit over cooked.

I had not been here in over a decade, so when a royal 'someone' from a tropical island paradise could not decide what they might be hungry for, a snow plow pushed us into their parking lot. We were not in a hurry, being it was her first time and my second, but one of the staff passed by our table wondering if our drink order had been taken by our waitress. She acted as if the abandonment of customers was a reoccurring side dish. So she took our drink orders as we decided what might be pleasing to the eye, stomach, and wallet. Looking at the prices I wondered what I could order and not get laughed at later; "You paid how much for what?!!". As neither of us were hungry much, but looking to eat before grocery shopping, I was hoping to find some dish that was not too much for too much. Since 'tavern' was in the name of the place, I decided to go with the staple of taverns everywhere, the fish and chips. She liked that the fries were called 'chips' as that is the proper name for them on the paradise island she is from. Of course she had some of mine and did not like that they were limp. To her mind, a lip chip is a good as a limp ... no, I cannot write what she said. The three 'fish' that come with it would get a fisherman laughed at if he had brought them home and claimed to have caught three. One, maybe, but not three. I'm not sure if they were super smelt or a small fish cut up, but they were not much to look at. Luckily, I was not hungry. When our drinks got to us (before the fish) mine was flatter than a pancake on Jupiter. I waved one of the staff over to let them know of the problem, but no offer was made to fix the Coke in my hand. Most people like to season their fish and fries (chips), but you could not find any sodium except in the sodas. Not one shaker of salt, but two rump shakers at table six. She didn't have a margarita, so maybe those took all the salt in the place. To make it worse she had a fish sandwich with 'chips' and did not look pleased as she would have been with a fish sandwich combo at McD's place. The only bright spot was the waitress that took over for the one that we never saw again. She was prompt and on point. Her highness has announced we are never to return, though. I cannot imagine how they have managed to be in business this long.

Haven't been to a Bagger Dave's since college in East Lansing so decided to try the GRap location. We went on a Friday afternoon just prior to happy hour. Although we didn't partake in the happy hour specials, they had some good ones with beer, cocktails, wine, and apps. Restaurant was clean and pretty empty when we went which meant great and fast service. One thing I loved was that the fries were ample! Lots of times places give you just a few fries but these were piled up and great; just added some salt and pepper. The burger was thick and juicy with ample toppings and well balanced. I'm a fried fish snob and the fried haddock sandwich was one of the best fish sammys I've had! The cabbage with tomatoes and tartar sauce balanced well with the crispy juicy haddock. I could eat that sandwich weekly! We will return for sure

Second time here last evening (9/11/22) and BD's didn't let us down! Had the All American Cheeseburger with Belgian fries and the Backyard BBQ chicken salad. Cheeseburger was delivered to me exactly as ordered and it was so delicious. Backyard BBQ salad was the best I have had in a long time. I would go back for lunch today if it wasn't so far from my workplace.

We can't decide which libation we like best. Great beer, great wine, and the company wasn't too bad as well.

We were jetlagged and in a foul mood because our GPS couldn't find our hotel... So we decided that if we ate first, we would be in a better mood to deal with the geographical challenges. Britney it was on her second day and she made our stay so delightful. What a great sense of humor and a way of connecting with the customers... I had a mushroom turkey burger with an aïoli garlic sauce and it was out of this world. I have reviewed many restaurants, especially the ones in Los Angeles, and this, coupled with their happy hour all day four dollar glasses of Cabernet made my evening.

It was a Saturday afternoon that we decided to go here. I have been here a couple times before for lunch. This time I took my wife here hoping it would be as good as it was for lunch. Was able to get seated right away. Drinks were served promptly. Decided to start with the pretzels and beer cheese. Actually, the main reason for going. I was craving some really bad. They were great. Done perfectly. Main course for us was the Train wreck burger and my wife got the fish and chips. Burger was done right. I did go without the caramelized onions. Not a fan. Fish and chips were also great. Wife ate all the fish. She did say the cole slaw that came with it was bland. Over all, a great meal and the wait staff was on top of it. Would not hesitate to go back and try a couple other menu items.

Ashley is freaking amazingly talented and astonishing awesome She always gives me free ranch, which I love because it goes amazing with my New York fried chicken and they probably all know me by now as the ranch guy

First off I wanted to say that I had the BEST service at Bagger Dave's!! I was really impressed by how fast and friendly our server was and very helpful in explaining the menu. This is a casual burger place, with a train going around the ceiling and a fresh spot to take a family. We went during happy hour and got a huge portion of nachos and pickle chips for half price! I was recommend the pickle chips, but thought the nachos were just okay. I wasn't a fan of the cheese they used for the nachos. I did really enjoy my crispy cheese bacon burger! The crisp MADE the burger. It came with 1 pretty decent size patty and the fries were good too. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a casual decent burger.

We've gotten plenty of takeout from Quarantino's over the years, but only recently stopped by to dine in. We were greeted right away and got to choose a nice booth by the window. The menu is concise and features their delicious Detroit style pizza. I was starving so we ended up ordering quite a bit to have leftovers - the kale Caesar salad, one of the weekly feature pizzas, and the Quarantino's deluxe. The salad is one of my favorites - it's made with curly kale and topped with crunchy kettle potato chips. It's always good and makes for great leftovers because it's so hearty. Our pizzas came out shortly after our salad was finished and they were delicious. Their crust is perfection - fluffy but chewy and crispy in the right places. I personally love their red sauce the most because it's savory, and not overly sweet. The toppings on the deluxe were plentiful and high quality. The special pizza rotates weekly(ish) and this one had 'nduja, ramp aioli, and shredded potato. Plus lots of cheese. Their specials are always inventive and sound so tasty. Our server was super fun and awesome to chat with. I really liked him, he brought such a big smile to my face. I am so glad we finally got to have the dine in experience at Quarantino's and we'll be back for their mid-week pizza, pasta, salad deal!

The place was packed full of people (a sign of a great restaurant) and while I sat and waited over fifteen minutes past my pickup time, I watched people come in, be told it will be a few minutes and then their receipt/order gets pulled and then taken to the back, like mine was. Almost as if they don't bother making the pizza until you show up? Anyway, we picked up our pizza and bread and headed out. I was surprised at the small box that contained both the pizza AND the bread; I got into the car and opened it and laughed. The pizza was small, the bread was small. I was surprised at how little food there was. Oh well! Lesson learned. We took it back to our hotel and fed the kids. The pizza looked delicious, but was just ok. The cheese bread looked amazing - and then I bit into it. Dill. Why is there dill on the cheese bread? Overall, it was an experience. Nothing terrible, nothing great. Note: finding parking for carry out is a challenge.

Nate and I have had their food twice now - once was a complimentary pizza order during their soft opening period, and we just ordered delivery over a lazy holiday weekend. We got the supreme pizza and cheesy bread on our most recent order, and have also tried the caprese salad and rustica pizza. The menu includes lots of options beyond pizza - appetizers, subs, wraps, salads, pasta, stromboli, and dessert! They have vegan cheese and cauliflower crust options too. Online ordering is quick and easy through the Franca's Pizzeria website, and I like that they use their own delivery drivers. The charge for delivery was only $4 which isn't bad, especially considering all the upcharges for third-party delivery services these days. I ordered ahead for a later time and it arrived a few minutes early. All the food was hot and fresh. The supreme pizza has ham, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, and onion. The hand tossed crust is a medium thickness, but they also have thick crust as an option. The toppings were plentiful and fresh, and I loved the sausage. The sauce is not overly sweet, so it gets a thumbs up from me. The cheesy bread is really good! It's not super tough or crunchy, I like that it's pillowy in the middle. You can get extra cheese, but I thought the regular amount was plenty. We also loved the caprese salad - it was super fresh, with a nice amount of fresh mozzarella and dressed nicely. It was nice to have a bit of a healthy side to go with our tasty pizza. Franca's rates slightly above Peppino's for me (my other favorite local pizza spot), mostly due to their unique toppings and specialty pizza combinations. I'm super intrigued by the campagnola: margherita sauce, caramelized mushrooms and onions, sausage, bleu cheese, tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. If you're in the area and need a takeout pizza, check out Franca's.

The Foolery came up on Yelp and figured we could not go wrong with pizza to feed our starving children. They have a great selection of Detroit style pizzas here. We didn't feel like being adventurous so went with the pepperoni. I've always loved Detroit style pizzas due to the thicker crust that's crispy on the sides and The Foolery passed the assignment. Pizza was really good! And as a Chicagoan, that means a lot! The size of the pizza is a little small - but you get 6 slices so if you're hungry or got a big group to feed, I would plan accordingly. Remember Detroit style is a rectangle pie, not circular like a standard whole pizza. We got the Elote dip as an appetizer and it was a clever take on one of my favorite Mexican snacks. It came with elote corn and chips on the side. Like I said, clever and not bad! Our server that day was awesome. We had a group of about 13 people and they just had small pub tables that fit 4 people each. But no problem because he was willing to organize the whole front room and put 4 of those tables side by side to accommodate all of us. He did it happily and without complaints. Our food did take some time to come out, but that's ok. I was amongst great company and had a good drink in hand, we were out of town and all was good. I would come here again.
