I stopped in yesterday to check out a pre-owned Ineos Grenadier that I saw online. I called the dealership and was directed to Mark in sales, and asked if I could come up and take a look at it, and he said sure, and told me he would pull it out and park it in front of the dealership for me. When I arrived, the vehicle was right out front. Mark was very cool, he said they are a no-pressure dealership, and he handed me the key and gave me a printout of the CarFax, and asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive. After putting on a license plate, I was able to take it for a solo test drive. Afterwards we chatted a little bit about pricing and such. Decent experience... until it wasn't. The buying process at Baglier was smooth and friendly. I appreciated the staff (Jeff Hartzell & Geno Malloy) and the overall experience--until I realized within just a few hours that the A/C in my vehicle wasn't working. I called as soon as they opened the next day. That issue was never mentioned during the sale. I understand the vehicle was sold as-is, but basic functionality like air conditioning should have been disclosed. When I reached out immediately, there was no real effort to make things right--just a suggestion to bring it back in, with no commitment to covering any cost. That changed the experience for me and left us feeling deceived. Additional discoveries when I got home: 1 dead key fob, fluids low/not topped off. Coolant was nearly empty (but not the fix for the a/c) and windshield washer fluid empty. It's the little things that elevate a sales experience and worth recommending to others. I still appreciated the no-pressure approach during the sale, but I'd recommend that anyone buying used here double-check every detail and ask clearly about key systems before finalizing anything. read more

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a Car Dealership! I'm so upset that I'm literally sick to my stomach! We drove 2 hours to look at a truck. We were told "it's a beautiful truck" by Elaine. She failed to mention it was wrecked, had several noticeable dents, and significant scratches. She claimed to not see any of it which is shear ignorance as the issues were clearly noticeable! We opted to look at another truck, it was used. All was well until we requested to see the window sticker and was given the run around. We finally seen it, she was trying to sell us a used truck for more than $8,000 more than MSRP! This is even after I reported her lies to the Dealer's GM. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer and Elaine needs to find a new profession! I will share this with every review site I can find. In case no one is aware, if you buy a vehicle here and finance through GM finanacial, this dealership will be notified when you request a payoff amount. Then within 30 minutes this dealership send emails and starts to call you inquiring if you want to trade/buy a new car. When you question them on how they received the information of your requested payoff, they become irrate. I walked into Baglier Mazda and didn't really like the selection. But my sales person, Jerry Miller, helped me look at their other site at Baglier Buick GMC. He was very knowledgeable of the cars even though they weren't his Mazda brand. He also wasn't like most sales people who really push to sell you a car, he felt more like a friend who didn't want to rip you off. In the end, Jerry helped me find a great GMC Acadia and I traded in my leased truck. I was able to get money back for the truck and put very little down on the Acadia and still stay within my budget. I bought a vehicle from here a month ago. Derek Gallo was my salesman. Things were going smoothly with the purchase. Everyone was so nice. I asked about mats since they were not in the vehicle and on the description of vehicle. I also asked about the headsets to work with the factory-installed DVD player. Derek told me he would order them in parts and have them sent to my home. It has been a month, I have contacted Derek twice. He said he would absolutely check on them. I have heard NOTHING back from him or the dealership. They ruined a perfectly good sale by lying and ghosting me when I asked where the items were. If they weren't going to get them just be honest. Been waiting 7 1/2 months for completion of my business with this half assed establishment. READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH BAGLIER! Dont believe the 5* reviews from the gitty new vehicle owners who post a review on the instruction of their salesman. BBB GAVE THIS DEALERSHIP A C- grade..This establishment is horrendous. Purchased a new gmc pick up back in October 2019. Truck was in an accident a few days after purchase. Took my truck back to Baglier body shop for repairs. 7 1/2 months later my truck is still not fixed properly. Dealership had 2 chances to repair properly and failed miserably both times. Took truck to another body shop. 42 pages of photo documentation of piss poor work and additional damages done to my truck. Countless lies and excuses throughout my experience with this dealership. Incompetent employees who take ZERO pride in their work riddle this establishment. Poor management team and structure that enables poor work and terrible customer service. IMO is extremely unqualified people in positions they shouldn't be in. (Looking at you body shop manager and service manager) (No GM for establishment = zero accountability for management and management teams) Many unreturned phone calls to the cowardly owner of this establishment who hides behind his employees and failed to deal with customer complaints against management and employees. Clearly enables poor work and customer service based off his actions. Hell, I haven't even received an apology. Alleged they would pay another body shop to repair truck properly, but couldn't agree on a estimate amount and would always quit commutating when nearing a conclusion to this debacle. Invoked my appraisal clause with my insurance and hired a collision consultant. A settlement was reached last week to pay me to get repairs completed. Baglier alleged they would pay, but in typical poor business fashion, Baglier quits communicating again. Insurance informs me today that they will be sending me a settlement instead. Assuming since no one at this dealership has again, not returned phone calls or emails in regards to the settlement. If you've had body work done at this establishment, I highly urge you to take it to another body shop to get the work looked over. If you have your vehicle at this establishment, remove immediately before these guys screw you vehicle up even more. This dealership is only interested in the sale. Learn from my mistake and do your homework. To Dennis J. Baglier and employees, I find solace in the assumption that Erie will undoubtedly be revoking your DRP based off my experiences, as well as theirs in regards to getting my vehicle repaired properly. Saving hundreds if not thousands of future customers from experiencing your poor work and customer service. A substantial blow to your business. Terrible collision repair. I was rear ended while stopped in traffic. I should have taken it elsewhere, when the idiot young girl stated that a Ford Fiesta was a comparable rental or a Mazda SUV. It only got worse, the repairs were not done, they stuck red tape over my rear light that was broken, instead of replacing it, refused to realign the car (I was hit hard enough to receive a concussion), stated the camera was good, despite having a 3" black border around it after the accident. The girl screamed at me, had a complete break down, when I asked for the manager. I was told the manager was on vacation for two months, never addressed my complaints. They used sub-standard replacement parts, and charged the insurance company for genuine Mazda parts. This dealership is the poster child for dishonest dealerships. read more

Super bad experience here. Had problems when I bought a used truck. Unprofessional to say the least. Never again!

Looked at a car and they were pretty much unwilling to move on the price but was pressured in getting the car. My salesman Adam Cheryba was not very helpful in dealing with getting the price down and was always going to the sales manager. After feeling pressured into buying the car I was then pressured into purchasing a warranty which was about what my down payment was. After 3 days and not driving the car and asked to return it since I read on the car details there was a 7 day return policy as long as it was under certain miles which it was, I was told sorry there is no return policy and guess what.....all the info was off the web...no surprise there. So stay away and run from salesman Adam and Baglier Automotive...you'll be sorry...I know I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I received an email one day stating that someone from this dealership has tried multiple times to contact me about GMC Sierra that I apparently inquired on buying. I never will and never have inquired about a gmc. When I emailed them back and said I didn't inquiry to buy anything from them and that I wanted off their mailing list. I got a rather inappropriate email in return. The lady named Ashley Binus still has not stopped emailing me. I also got one rude email from the manage Rich Kelly. Derek Gallo and his team at Baglier GMC were fantastic to work with. He was very friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful with the purchase of my gently used, but new to me GMC Sierra. His knowledge was on point, explaining the clean Carfax, options on the truck, also was completely transparent bringing to my attention a small scratch that most people would not have even noticed. That kind of honesty and integrity goes a long way with me. He passed me off to my main man Craig Fazio, the business manager in the finance department, who got me a great rate on the purchase. He is an old school guy that when you shake his hand, it still means something. Craig helped me to understand some great additional products to protect my investment. I was excited to take advantage of the extended service plan also gap coverage for additional peace of mind. The paperwork was seamless and by far the smoothest process I have ever done. Finally, I was introduced to Sarah who showed me all the features on my beautiful truck pairing my phone, calling OnStar for me, etc. At Baglier GMC they win as a team, and that is exactly the kind of place I want to do business with. I will be keeping the dealer license plate surround on my truck so everyone knows where to get a great vehicle, also work with incredible people. While I appreciate the service dept taking the time to see why my 2013 Acadia was consuming oil, the things I didn't appreciate was this: walk into service, explain to karry what's going on. Another guy was sitting there not even dressed in baglier attire, spitting chew into a trash can, pretty much trying to call our bluff. Yes I rolled my eyes at this(i drive the car daily, he doesn't). So I asked for an extra set of hands to get my Acadia off the trailer. Upon doing this, they're all standing around talking, not paying attention. Whatever. I overheard the other guy running his mouth to salesman talking so much crap on what we said was wrong with my car. By this point me and my husband are both livid. To boot, the salesman then comes over and is hounding my husband to trade it in. Um hello? We were over by service, clearly a service issue. We don't need a sales pitch. I thought the whole thing was extremely unprofessional and not to mention rude. Shame because a lot of my family members go here and I doubt a bunch of us won't be returning. Charged 100.00 for a dye test, and told me nothing is wrong with my vehicle. After I was told I would we would discuss if any charges would be payable as my car is still under warranty. Well there was no "discussion",they just charged it. Fine whatever. Supposedly my car failed inspection for one part, got a second opinion on said part that failed, it my vehicle is now current inspected. Which we checked and there isn't any play, which they estimated it to be a 700+ fix. Part was 250.00 up there. I can grab it online 50-100 tops. Ridiculous. read more

Baglier Buick has been my main service center for two years now. I have purchased an 06 H2 from them and also have an 07 H3. There are common issues with high mileage Hummers and Baglier Buick has been able to repair all issues, diagnose difficult problems and get the vehicles back to me in a timely manner. Spencer in parts has helped me find many H2 parts that have been discontinued or needed to be ordered from other dealers. Items that you couldn't find online. Karey Harding in service has been the main man for the last couple years always keeping me updated on repairs, offers suggestions, and have never tried to sell me items that I don't need. These Hummers are like my kids and they take great care of them at Baglier. read more

I purchased a 2016 jeep patriot from this dealer ship and called back 3 days later to discuss an issue with the interior odor (smelling like a dirty dog) and the receptionist (Becky) transferred the call to a different dealership location, which was not able to address the situation. When I called back Becky started arguing and challenging me and when I asked to speak with the manager, she transferred me to a voicemail. I called back again and she continued with her unprofessional behavior and hung up on me. I again called back and asked to be place on hold for a manager, and she refused to place me on hold and get a live manager, stating that I should give her my name and # and someone would call me back. After 6 attempts, I finally was able to speak with manager Rich Kelly who apologized for her professionalism and said he would speak to her about it. Very disappointed about this purchase and the way I was treated just 3 days after the purchase. If I or any future customers have an issue with a purchase, I advise you to go directly to the dealership and by pass this receptionist (Becky) in the future. I even offered to return their vehicle and take my trade in back but was told that was not an option. There is absolutely no way I can drive this vehicle smelling the way it does. I turn on the air conditioning on the way to work today, in an effort to circulate fresh air and now my clothes smell like the dirty interior of this vehicle. Just purchased a cadillac escalade 2013 havent had it with in a day the front shocks went and the blind sensors do not work when we purchased we were told nothing was wrong with it...exact words upon the next day after purchase i felt movement under my feet along with a noise after bringing it to their attention thwy told us to take it to the cadillac dealer so they can fix it but they wouldnt tpuch it because we only had it not a month when we took it back to baglier they first wanted to charge us 1200 for something we didnt do now want to charge us 300 saying it was fine when it left as if in the one day of us having it we must have done it although my first tims driving it i felt it...the service people are just rude and they all take so long to call back we did not spend 42000 to have to spend more to have it fixed when it should have been done so before selling.to top it off after paying for something that should of been covered by one of 2 warranties drive 2 lights for the blind sensors to break again read more
