Amazing boutique hotel with mineral baths and very good food. Hotel is 5 star. Rooms big and generous, clean and well appointed. The restaurant for breakfast is very good with a variety. Staff in restaurant are not very cordial but food good. Dinner was good but very salty. The lunches are expensive and good. This is far from the center of town but nice to unwind. read more
Sadly, we found this terme to be pretty run down, under staffed, and way too expensive. Entry on a Monday morning cost us €50 per person for access to a few pools, a sauna, Turkish steam room, and borrowed robe/towel/swim cap. It wasn't worth more than €20. Most of the pools were dirty... The outdoor pool had large pieces of plastic floating in it along with dirt and debris. One of the indoor pools had pieces of toilet paper/tissue floating in it (shudder), and there was a lingering bad smell, like a dirty diaper. The layout of the facility is bizarre. There were elements on two different sides of the sprawling hotel and to get to each, you had to traipse across the hotel property, up and down steps, in your robe and slippers, dripping wet. In case you couldn't tell, I'd give this spot a hard pass. I hope I save someone else the disappointment -- spend that €50 elsewhere! read more

Beautiful hotel, and well maintained, attractive spa. Indoor and outdoor natural pools, saunas and turkish baths, along with sunbeds to soak up the sunshine while you await your treatments. I chose badly after a two week holiday my feet were in dire need of TLC so I chose a pedicure, but it was the most painful pedicure I've ever experienced, leaving me wincing and yelping throughout. Which is a bit much for 60 euros! That said, my companion had a massage and pedicure and was delighted with both, so clearly it was my therapist, not the general practice! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa experience was very relaxing and enjoyable great way to spend a day before a late flight! read more

First off, I walked in the spa and all the girls at the front desk were huddled around each other like a gossip circle. They were not all friendly. Two of them were nice but hardly spoke good enough English. The other two seemed to gossip about the people in the spa. I also did not have to fill out any forms, which seemed very unprofessional, as there are wavers and such that spas need in order to run in accordance with the laws (at least in the United States). The locker room was dirty and messy. There was hair in the showers and random things everywhere. Also, at every other spa I've been to, we were asked to remove our clothes under our robes so we could be treated properly and without ruining the clothes. However, I had to keep my swim suit on for my treatment in the grotto. Which I thought was strange, because if it's a natural grotto, you wouldn't want foreign fibers in the pools. Also, when I came out of the dressing room, the lady asked if I had my swim suit on, to which I replied no, then she proceeded to look at her friends and then tell me to put it on. When I came back out, she was at the desk chatting with her friends again. That aside, the grotto was not nice. It looked like it had mold and was falling apart. There were also wires sticking out of the walls. Also, to get to the grotto, you had to wind through a maze. The place is too big and unorganized. I left after 10 minutes of being in the grotto, leaving before all of my other treatments. All in all, the place was not very clean and was not very organized. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars rather than 1 is because I was given a refund for the treatments I did not attend. read more
