Who doesn't like a sweet sno cone? This was my first time at any Bahama Bucks location and I like it a lot! There are tons of syrup flavors to choose from including a small natural syrup selection also. I ordered a small since it was their annual Free Sno Cone Day! Even though it was a "small" it is more than enough for one person. I picked a mixture of pineapple and coconut which was yummy. The sno itself is very light and fluffy. They have a drive thru if you don't want to go inside and a patio if you want to sit outside. Nice location, friendly employees, and clean building. It's a fun once in a while treat! read more

Visited this place a couple days ago and needed to share my experience and hopefully other customers will be treated better than my family and I. Some of the workers are very rude and lack customer service skills. Management needs to do a better job screening there young workers when hiring them. I've never got what I've asked for both times I've been which lead to this review. First time, 20 minute wait (literally, in the drive through) and they didn't have their fruit cup drinks, then I tried a Mocha-latte or what not and they were out of that as well. The second time (I have no clue why) I waited 32 minutes in line for a Blueberry shaved ice and berry blast smoothie. They had about 5 people on the inside moving at a snails place, good luck lasting in Corpus, with a drive through wait of 30 minutes for snow cones you need to work on your skills. read more

This is my second visit this week! Love this new place. Gazillions of flavors to choose from with the option to add creme, ice cream, and and even a sour option! The portions are big, a small is PLENTY. They also offer latte's and smoothies. The service the first time around was excellent and prompted me to return the second time. Second time, Syd at the register looked at me like I was stupid for asking what flavors were in Jamaican Rum and Jamaican Punch. Instead of answering the question she deadpanned one tastes like rum and the other tastes like punch. Ooookay. Very rude and off putting. Keep your fingers out of my food. That is disgusting. I decided to try Bahama Buck's and ordered a baby cherry and a baby tiger's blood (both with cream). I ordered them both flat and both were to go. While waiting I watched them make orders. I noticed a young man with gloves touching surfaces and bottles that the cashier touched with bare hands after handling money. Not once did I see her wash her hands or this young man switch gloves. Then, another lady comes to the counter announcing that a cherry was ready. I told her that if it was mine it was supposed to be flat, with a lid to go. She goes over to the young man who was making my tiger's blood and they both just scoop off the top with their hands. Now, this young man has dirty gloves on already. Then he proceeds to stick his finger in both of them. I could have puked. For a minute I thought it had to be a joke. I remember thinking 'No one is this disgusting with food in today's world.' The young lady came back over with both ices and no lids. And as she was saying 'oops lids' I told her I wanted my money back. I also told her that it is gross to have someone stick their finger in your food. I waited in line a bit then spoke with her as she was getting my refund. I told her that it was not a clean practice given all he touches. I explained that you have some handling money then back to handling food no gloves. And the man with gloves then touches everything they touch and then touches food. Not cool. She let me know that this is how they do things at Bahama Bucks all over the world. And besides it would take too long to change gloves. And she said that with such pride that I felt pity for her. She acted as if I was telling her a story in a language unfamiliar to her. But then, cleanliness may be a stranger in that location. This is a disgusting practice. Use a spoon. Use a straw. Use a cheap, clean and disposable item and keep your fingers out of peoples food. But come on. Seriously? I ended up at Snoball, down the road. And for the same price got twice as much, clean hands and they brought it outside to me while I visited with others. I hope I can get a refund on the gift certificates I purchased. Because I don't eat where people don't have the sense to not stick their fingers in your food. read more

Employees have mask on (mask is completely below their mouth pretty much covering their neck) but don't cover their mouth or nose. What's the point of even putting it on if you won't even wear it correctly? I'm not worried about your neck spreading Covid I'm worried about your mouth and nose. I was so excited to see a Bahama Bucks here! I've been to one in California and loved it! So my niece and I stopped by to get us a treat. The store had a good energy and feel to it. Thats usually a good sign. The employees were friendly but busy. I gave our order and waited for our treats. I had asked for two things with my order, chocolate ice cream and a flat top. I did not get either. I also barely got any of the sweet topping. I wondered why our order was taken at all if most of it wasn't followed. Do the employees fixing the treats get the order?
