If this location is the one that also has the truck that serves the Fairfield baseball fields by the athletic center: Ordered a snow cone that I would be feeding to my toddler in this brutal Texas heat. I was given 1 napkin and I asked the girl if I could please have more napkins. She grabbed just 1 more thin, tiny napkin and told me "I can only give you 2, it's my boss' rule." Well by the end of the snow cone I had a soaked little pathetic napkin wad, and a kid with stained clothes, face, arms, legs...everywhere the snow cone dropped. There was also ice all over the bleacher seats that I couldn't even wipe up completely with my little wad. Give more napkins! Next time we see this truck we'll just skip it. We've had better experiences going to the Fairfield Yogurtland with unlimited samples, complimentary water, unlimited napkins, and sweet staff. read more

Ordered a party pack for my sons birthday and was greeted with accusations of not answering our phone when owner said her employee shouldn't have sold the small party pack and she could only do the large pack which was not ready. I told her that maybe she could have prepped a large pack to take care of her customer that placed an order. She said she would have lost a lot of her "product" to which I replied, you mean "water". She was completely non accommodating to her clients. Who will not be back. I wished her luck, because poor customer service is a great way to go out of business. And for future reference CC's Snowballs in the trailer at the Shell station on Cypress Rosehill saved the day. Thank you. Flexibility is they key to success in small business. read more

Went in on a Sunday evening a there were 5 overwhelmed looking teenage girls running the location. A group of people formed at the door because they weren't taking orders they were scattering to catch up on previous orders. they didn't even acknowledge us. Waited about 45 mins on one baby size sno. I think they need more staff on hand or a better system. read more

Visited Bahama Buck's for the first time. The two employees who worked during the early afternoon hours provided excellent customer service. They gladly exchanged two shaved ice flavors that my grandchildren didn't particularly like for two fresh orders. The employees were awesome and very friendly. I recommend this location. read more

Treats were good. It was busy and the line was slow at the register. A tall teen boy was trying to complete transactions. I guess it was the manager(adult woman) stepped in and the boy went to the back. Line moves a bit faster. They had a several girls making the drinks as we waited. One thing I noticed is the teen boy returns from the back, steps around the workers filling orders and makes himself a sno-ball!! Seriously? You've got a line of paying customers people waiting for their drinks and this kid helps himself to a drink? Then he stands behind the girls working and watches them as he sips his sno-ball. And the manager says nothing! The product is good. Perhaps the staff needs a taste of real world workplace expectations. read more

The owner was doing paperwork at a booth, which didn't bother me too much because I was the only customer and planned to take my snowcone to-go. I couldn't imagine that being acceptable if it was a busy day, but I assume she was the only one working and needed to do her paperwork while still serving customers. She was very welcoming and polite, and very quick to take my order and make my snowcone. I am excited to return for a second trip. I ordered the mini/baby sized snowcone (which is huge by the way!) with sugar free Pina Colada flavoring and it was delicious. Exactly what I needed on a hot day and the calories were minimal! So I like Bahama Buck's in general. This location, however, needs some massive improvement. I waited to give this review until my 3rd visit- each time the poor girl working was solo, even with a busy Sunday rush. And every time they had no "mix" to make any of their lemonades or limeaides. This was over the course of weeks I visited....and each time the same thing- long wait just to find out no lemonade. I haven't had this issue at any of the other locations I've visited. They need to staff better and actually keep their supplies ready for customers. read more

So I've met the owners they are very nice and since I come in so often they know my face and name. Happy hour 3-5 since I work in the shopping center in here 2-3 times a week. They haven't been open long but it's always busy and clean. The flavors are awesome and the ice melts in your mouth if you are in the area u should stop by. read more

triple diget heat = sno-cones!! been there 3 times in a month. Place is pretty darn good!! get 'welcome to bahama bucks' standard entrance, but when it's your turn the people (teen agers) are really sweet!! ask if you have been there before, do you know what you would like, they even mix what you want, even if it's not on their menu!! Found out they do events with a Sno-Cone Mobile, Owner was filling me in on that, yeah the Owner WAS THERE!! Employee cleaning tables, another cleaning mixing area, outside seating, if you like 110 heat index in the shade. Don't forget to get your card punched!! read more

I'm not sure if the owner was just stressed out or what but she was incredibly rude! She yelled at the two employees for taking a long time while the store was busy... maybe hire more people? I also overheard her telling the girl scooping ice cream to barely put any in because it's "the most expensive thing here so we need to save it". Wow lady, if I pay an extra dollar fifty for ice cream I better get more than a small scoop. It was obvious the employees got more relaxed and did better once she went into the back room. read more

I was really looking forward to going here to get a snow cone the other day, although I enjoyed the snowcone the customer service was not great. First of all, I was not greeted. Secondly, I ordered and when I received my snowcone it was not what I had ordered. So I went back up to tell the owner, the woman who had checked me out. She goes on to agree with me that she heard me say what i wanted and after I ask for another one and refuse to be charged more because of her mistake, she goes on to tell me that she did not hear me at all! She did not apologize but the young lady who was making the snowcone apologized for her. Very unprofessional. The cone seemed very rushed and it was leaking out of the cup so I had to pour it out myself... Overall if the owner wants to see better reviews and receive better reviews, I recommend she improves her attitude and customer service. read more
