The ice is very soft just how I like it and the cup sizes are great for the price. They did have a now hiring sign in the establishment and they really could use some extra help. Pretty hesitant when coming here because of many previous experiences here, but one of our kids saw the big "The Smurf Sno" sign that was on the entrance door and well asked for that... they didn't make it anymore, maybe take the sign down. So she changed her order and the two adults ordered the "snickerdoodle" snow cone and the "Christmas cookie" snow cone. One of the workers said "I've never heard of a snickerdoodle snow cone" and well we've ordered it every single time we've been here. She also then talked about how she doesn't know the recipe to the Christmas cookie snowcone, then later one of the workers walked in with ingredients for the christmas snowcone. It's the middle of December. It's almost christmas. The snicker doodle was made with chunks of heavy cream and the christmas cookie was made with no ice cream in the middle, like advertised. First my snowball was stole from a customer in front of me. The protocol to ensure that customers are getting there orders and only are not there. A receipt should be shown before being able have access. Once I got my snowball (I was asked if I wanted it remade) after eating the top I noticed there was absolutely no flavor in my cup, I had to go back and ask for flavor which the young lady made it no big deal. The staff and management needs to be stepped up ALOT, I felt like they were all over the place. I wouldn't not recommend this location to family or friends. read more

We walked in the doors and no one came to the counter for a good couple of minutes. When the young lady finally came to take our order she was so incredibly rude and acting like we were bothering her. My friend then noticed a sign saying this location had $15 tees. He Asked and she said so rudely "we don't have shirts you have to order online" The whole experience was just disappointing. I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time. I arrived around 8:40pm there was a group of 3 in front of me. No biggie, there were also a group of 6 sitting in the booth and that's all. I assumed the group of 6 were getting ready to leave since they didn't have a snow cone. Boy was I wrong! They didn't have one cause nobody had made them one yet. About 5 minutes after I placed my order their 1st snow cone came out. They then continued to come out one at a time with. 3-5 minutes between each one. Now if you've done the math already that's 9 snow cones that need to come out before mine. There were two workers the little guy who took the orders was just walking around laughing and playing and not helping the girl out at all. After 15 minutes I became very annoyed and running out of patience. By then another guy had walked in and placed an order. Over 30 minutes late, FOR A SNOW CONE, I finally had gotten mine. By that time 9 others had walked in. It's a full house by now and everyone is waiting around for one person to make all the snow cones while the other guy still only took orders and walked around afterwards. This location is so hit or miss. You never see the same worker twice, which indicates a lack of training and/or leadership. They are way overpriced, and the location is awful! This was my first time at a Bahama Buck's and left an impressed customer. I ordered a Bahama Daiquri with strawberry flavor and my girlfriend got shaved ice. She's from Puerto Rico and she loved the shaved ice so much, it reminded her of home! My Daquiri was more than amazing! When I ordered, a lot of people started coming in. After all it was a hot Friday, at 3 pm. The girl that worked, made the drinks and shaved ice very quickly, considering she was the only employee there. She was also very nice to give us suggestions on what's good. The place seems very chill, and I think it would be a good environment to hang out with friends or even study! We've been to this location twice and we won't be back. The first time we went, the owners had a bunch of their friends in there, which would have been fine except they pretty much ignored the rest of the clients walking in. They also had no high chair. How do you have a snow cone store, usually focused around kids and should be family friendly and have no where for small kids to sit? Second visit, they had ONE high chair. By this time, we have two kids. Luckily one we just kept in her carrier. But the owner had the employees cleaning, which is great. Except they were discussing what they were cleaning while we were trying to enjoy our snow cones. She was having them scrape old gum from under the tables and everyone was talking about it. There wasn't anyone before us, however the cashier said she was working on an that was called in.
