My daughter and I went in this evening. I wanted the fruity cup but was told they didnt have one of the ingredients so I asked for the healthy selection which had blueberries. My daughter ordered a watermelon cup. When the girl brought the order she gave my daughter the fruity cup? We told her it was supposed to be a watermelon cup. She argued my daughter ordered a fruity cup. My daughter requested a refund but was told they couldnt do that but would do a watermelon cup. We were frustrated by then and just left. On the way home I opened my container and there were no blueberries but grapes in stead! I should have been told about the substitution since grapes have more sugar than blueberries. So we paid $21 plus tip for an incomplete order! Never again! read more

I went here today for the first time and I went TWICE! The owner, 'Skinny', is a great guy and really interacts with his customers! You can literally taste every flavor of the delicious ice cream all 100% Fruit based! I had the Hawaiian Pineapple and the Mangonada on my first time and finished it all! Later in the evening I took my family back for me and we enjoyed ice cream and some Mexican Nachos! Every thing we ate today and everything I saw leaving the kitchen looked so fresh and amazing! Speaking of fresh, the Aquas Frescas is made fresh per order, no jug or juice machine with standing juice in it anywhere! We will absolutely be returning and I will be taking more people to share the experience! The interior is great too and has great music! Very thankful to have such a place in Hempstead! read more

Customer service here is inconsistent. One older lady was nice and greeted me, but the other worker that took my order didn't listen to anything I said. I felt really dismissed and after placing my order I was getting ready to pay, but the employee walked away from me and I wasn't informed that I was supposed to pay after. I felt like a little communication on the business end would've saved me awkwardly standing around. There were also a lot of bugs in the vicinity. If you want to try and punch bugs while you eat/drink your food this is the place to go. If you're really lucky, maybe you'll get a hidden protein snack in your fruits. AKA specks of fruit flies. The tables that patrons sit at aren't wiped down so my keys that I left on the table as well as my arms were all sticky. Overall, they don't seem too clean, up to safety food standards, and customer service isn't priority here. read more

Stopped by on 6/23/24 around 9:15pm. Got the mangonada, shark attack milkshake, and the Mexican frito pie. The lady at the front was very nice and helped give recommendations on the menu. The two drinks were amazing (especially the mangonada) and the the frito pie was awesome. Highly recommend. read more

The place is good quick and easy I was able to get in and out with only one person behind the counter so I say that was a success.

I have a severe allergy to apple and told them this when ordering. Me and my wife are very careful with it and she ordered something else (with apples) but she didn't know it had apples because it was listed in Spanish. That I don't blame on them but it would've been nice if they told her it was apples. My fruit bowl had no apples in the original ingredients but I still told them about my allergy hoping they'd be careful with it. They must have spilled an apple or so in my bowl because I was eating it and did not see any apples and my throat immediately felt itchy but I figured it was the chamoy. It was not, my next bite was an apple and I've been having diarrhea for a week due to it. I also had to deal with throat and breathing issues for the next two days because of it. Lastly, on the menu it did not specify there was chamoy in my fruit bowl. I was hoping for something refreshing with just fruit but was okay with the chamoy after the fact. I know this is a long review, but if you have any sort of fruit allergy do not go here. I don't even think they use different utinsils for the fruits. I love it here! They are so nice and so funny too! I especially love the owner he's makes the most funniest jokes! Everyone that works here is amazing, and I go like all the time!
