This place honestly has the BEST hookahs i have ever tried. I'm not even capping. The service and product is amazing. They use a special kind of wood coal that does not burn the head of the hookah and actually prolongs the life of it for more than 3 hours. No burn, no nasty taste. If your looking for that party-type hookah lounge with loud music and overly fancy hookahs this place is not for you. If you want a chill spot to smoke in a dark setting this place is for you. It's open 24 hours? And it's always busy which is great. I love there mint tea and they are very sanitary. While you are charged $1 extra on your hookah they give you a brand new disposable pipe so there's no need for a mouthpiece unless you want it. Single flavor on a regular head is $8 fresh fruit is $12. They have some appetizer food like fries, and mozzarella sticks and many more items! This at the moment is my favorite hookah lounge to go to and it's for many reasons. There customer service is always good. I have been coming here for a few months and have never had an issue. The prices are really fare and great compared to other spots in bay ridge. There flavors are legit and they aren't going to give you some hookah that will burn in twenty minutes. You have choices to get it on a regular head, grapefruit or pineapple. I usually do a regular head or a grapefruit. I always wanted to try the pineapple but never did. They have the regular flavors, special flavor and than the exotic flavors. Most of the time I like to stick to my basic lemon, pomegranate lemon, orange or blueberry. Depending on the flavor and which head you get varies the price but the most I usually spend it about 16 dollars and that was with an ice hose too. The pineapple will cost more though. They also change the coal often. The food is also really good. I've eaten here with my friends a bunch of times and we've had chicken tenders, chicken shawarma, chicken kabob, and kofta burger. The food always taste fresh and flavorful. Usually at a hookah lounge they microwave you food but here they actually grill it. Another thing is most hookah lounges are always super dark inside. There is light here! I will continue coming to these place and bringing my friends. read more

Thier tables are low not ideal for eating but supper friendly and hospitable, starting with someone who saw us come in and offered we check out thier backyard, to the server and the coal guy, makins sure our hookah was perfect. This place has a room in the backyard. The owner let us reserve it for free as long as our party spent a reasonable amount per head. The owner was very accommodating he let us go in early in the day to set up and decorate always asking if we needed something. We were allowed to play music they have a large smart tv with speakers, AC,& heat. The room had enough seating for at least 40 people although our party was around 25. I myself didn't smoke hookah but, everyone that did said it was great quality. The food and drinks were also very good. The owner and Mohamed and the team kept coming in to check what we needed. When I came across this place I was very shocked as I have been looking for a hookahs spot in Brooklyn for sometime. Of course I turned to Yelp to find out what people were saying about this spot as well as I looked at reviews on Google. With all that was said I ventured into this spot and enjoyed the french fries, with kofta. When it arrived the kof ta wasn't hot but it didn't take long before the young man brought it back to the kitchen and brought me out affresh serving. He didn't complain he was very happy to make sure I was properly served. I ordered my hookah and the good thing about it he waited until I was ready to have my hookahs versus setting it up placing the fire cubes on and allowing it to burn while I was still eating. There was a place that did that in Las Vegas I'm not going to say the name but that was very stupid of them to do none the less he waited and I appreciated that. The food was good I came there very hungry. The hookahs satisfied me and I got a chance to meet one of the owners if not the owner of the place who someone in a review had stated that he was kicked out of the establishment and forced to buy hookahs. Well this owner was a sweetheart of a dude. The gentleman who serve me was a sweetheart of a dude. The only thing I can say or though I wasn't there when that took place is if you have five guys, or men, or the male species who are employed and they all come in to suck on one hookahs never buying any more not even buying any drinks but want to sit there and suck on one hookahs the only thing I can say is shame on you. How could you be so cheap? This is a business Five Guys come in to an establishment and purchase one hookahs and everyone suck on that one hookahs for $12 wow I feel sorry for the girls or the guys that they date. Nonetheless I can't blame somebody for kicking someone out of their establishment if they're just loitering. I had no problem with this establishment at all. My fire was always lit. The food hit the spot. And the Fellas will good looking. What's the complaint about other than the fact I had no idea they were in New York and doing great business for four years. Mohammad, the server, was very kind and recommended a delicious Yemeni tea with milk. However, what i enjoyed the most was the owner. Sadi is the man! He is super conversational. Never been asked for ID; however last nights encounter in communication when first arrived with my friend the owner was Absolutely unprofessional not to mention very disgusting in how he communicated with the customers assuming we were Americans and did not speak or understand Arabic. The aggravation problem since this hookah bar has been opened. The excessive noises & LOUD talking every single night from mid night to early morning. It's so disturbing& unbearable to sleep for all the neighbors who shared the back courtyard together. The conduct of outdoor business at midnight is illegal and I do hope the owner and the customers have consideration for most of peoples who do need a good night sleep so they can go to work or school next day!!! read more

Great Place with great service minus one person that works there. For some reason she has something against women that go there or something. Because she made a comment about me to a guy that worked there and looked at me and laughed, which she didnt think i understood what she said ( I am a Navy Vet who did plenty of tours in the Middle East and speak 4 different languages and have PTSD so part of my treatment is to be around make myself be around people of Middle eastern decent so I can learn to be non hostile) so I called her out and she started telling every guy that walked in that I yelled at her! A girl who works there!!! So one guy said " Thats how THOSE people act". No ignorant, thats how someone with PTSD like myself acts. With whats going on in the world why would you be rascist to another nationality when youre going through worse! The managers and the guys that work there are great its just that one bad apple. Dont assume just because im black I am dumb. I just graduated as a Physician Assistant and are attending medical school in the fall! Plus I traveled the world for eight years in the Navy.
