They have HORRIBLE service. You call their number and it sends you to an automated subject and when you pres 1 you're just waiting and waiting and waiting. And it's 12:05 and they open at 12pm-9pm. Whomever is the opener needs to be fired. This is the fourth time I've came and no one was in the building when they were suppose to be. This is disgusting because there's about 4 families waiting outside the office in the freezing cold to pay for their loved ones bail. It's just unacceptable. And now I'm here waiting once again, to make a payment. I call the corporate office to see what's going on and they've hung up on me 2 times in a row. This is the worst place you can possibly get bailed out with. It's either they're never in the office or they hang up on you. Seems to me they don't want to be paid. read more

Words can't even describe the ease, working with Bail Hotline Bail Bonds. From the moment I called, stuck in the worst position from the stress Aladdin brought upon me, to sitting in front of another bail bonds place that wouldn't answer their phones - I immediately yelped nearby bail bond spots and came across Bail Hotline Bail Bonds. At almost midnight, I called the 800 number that transferred me to the Redwood City branch. Ivan was connected to the call and from there, my prayers were answered. From the beginning to the end, Ivan's customer service was welcoming and reassuring; exactly what I needed! What I liked was that everything was direct and put into plain sight. It wasn't like Aladdin, how they give you a price, you show up with the money and then they tell you they want more. So far my experience with bail hotline has been ridiculously messed up. I got all the paperwork and paid them in and complete by 11:05 pm last night. It's now 2:49 am and I'm still sitting here waiting for them to show up at the jail to post my husbands bail. Ok so they worked with me on the payments great. But then they lied to me at 11:05 pm when they said the bail agent was on the way to post the bond. So since i have bailed people out at this jail before I kinda know the normal times on a Wednesday night how long it should take. I went to the jail. I watched person after person get released. But no husband. Back and forth I go calling the company getting hella run around every time I called. And then I get told at 2 am the agent is on the way to post the bail. Should be there in about 35 mins. Ok I wait. 2:45 am hits no bail agent I call back now they say they have til 4:30 am to post the bond. Ok great well that's freaking great for u while here I am freezing my tush off sitting in my car waiting for someone to get released that the bond hasn't even made it to the jail yet. And it's now 4 hours after the first time I was told the agent is on the way and still no agent. But I'm still here freezing in my car waiting cause I don't want to drive in circles the whole way home just to turn around and drive all the way back to the damn jail. read more

after I paid bail for someone, the jail released him on his own before bondsman even had time to go and post bond. Suddenly when it was time for them to refund my money they had taken only hours before, My calls were transferred to a line that does not get answered. I started calling about a refund at 9 am and by 3 pm I still had not talked to anyone! I finally sent an email to office manager asking how to get refund and reply was "sign a refund paper", I replied asking where to get one and got no answer. I was finally able to speak to someone around 6pm and was told I had to come into office to sign paper and show ID and credit card, I asked why I could not do the paperwork through email like all payment paperwork had been done to take payment and was told "like I said, you need to come in and sign in person". When I arrived, the 24hour office was closed. I called ana was told paper could be signed by email. Went home to sign by email and was again told I had to come into office. Took over a week to get refund. read more
