Kept forgetting to update. I went to pick up my items and I feel like they didnt place the missing diamond very well on my bracelet. All the diamond shine from all the angles, but the one that was replaced looks like empty space at some angles. Not sure what the quality of the diamond is or why it looks like that but fine. so be it. The ring: I asked for a service report and they didn't have it. I asked how many diamonds were loose, and they said they didn't have that information. I'm just a bit shocked that an established place doesn't have service reports for repairs? I feel like that's standard when you get work done on anything. I just feel like it was a little scammy because they didn't have a report AND couldn't tell me how many diamonds were loose and which ones. A side stone from my engagement ring (made by a different jeweler) unfortunately came out after 2 years and I wasn't able to find the diamond. I heard good things about Geoffrey's from my friend who got her engagement ring here. Scheduling a repair appointment online was straightforward and I was able to bring my ring in within 1 week. There is a small parking lot with a few spots right in front of the store reserved specifically for Geoffrey's customers. The worker examined my ring and said she noticed the other side stones were slightly loose as well. After providing details on the missing diamond, she provided an estimated cost and turnaround time (2-3 weeks). My ring was ready for pick up in 1 week. Our jewelry insurer worked directly with Geoffrey's to handle the payment / reimbursements, which was really convenient. I plan on taking my ring to Geoffrey's for future cleanings and inspections. read more

If you are selling gold I recommend to not come to this shop. Not sure if they were serious but they offered less than 20% of spot for gold which almost felt offensive. Update on my previous review. This place does not deserve your hard earned money. My very tiny diamond came off my wedding band that I bought here. I came in to see what they could do. I honestly thought because the diamond was so tiny and the fact that it's their ring that was faulty they would charge me minimal. $285 not including taxes! The woman holding her red wine came back and said oh I didn't charge you this, I could charge you higher. Again, I bought this faulty ring from this place! She then said oh it's because the prongs are off... again I didn't make the ring they did! They gave me a faulty ring but charged me over $1500 just for my diamond to fall out and then charge me again to replace it. I had my little girl with me and I said maybe I can live with a missing diamond since it's in the middle and my engagement diamond covers it a bit. So my sweet little girl said yeah I can't tell. The woman carrying around the red wine gave me a look like oh I can tell. Listen if my ring was made nicely I wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. And to be charged more for their error! So please don't waste your money here this place up charges everything and you clearly do not get what you pay for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here! read more

I originally went to Geoffrey's to get my mom's diamond put into my grandmother's setting for my engagement ring. My husband and I worked with Sonny and she was so helpful and patient, letting us try on all sorts of bands under different lightings to really see what we wanted. I have never been to this place before but was in the market for a new goldsmith since my original one that has worked on pieces for my mother and grandmother is retiring soon so I thought I would give this one a try since it has so many rave reviews . 5 stars is pretty hard to come by.
