I received a voice message from bail hot line and when I returned the call a guy named "Jorge" or "George" answered the phone. I explained to him I'm just returning the call to make sure everything's ok and he requested my info. After typing in my info he starts going on a rant about how they called me 4 days ago and then goes on to accuse me of just calling to start an argument with him when I clearly told him I just wanted to make sure everything was ok with my account I didn't know why they had called in the 1st place because I make all my payments on time if not early! So this jerk continues to slander me and tell me off stating that I'm just trying to call and harass him and start problems and hes not the person that called and left a message and he refuses to talk to me because I'm "just calling 4 days later to start an argument" then tells me he's hanging up on me and clicks. I have NEVER be treated like this for simply trying to make sure everything as far as my account was ok and up to date. I really hope this guy is given a consequence for picking a fight with customers over returning a phone call. It was completely unprofessional and out of line and I really didn't appreciate being treated like this and having to deal with such a hot head for no reason. If these are the type of people they insist on having answering customer calls and dealing with the public I will defiantly take my business elsewhere in the future if I continue having to deal with inconsiderate arrogant A-holes like the person I had the pleasure of speaking with so early this morning. We went to several bail bonds on Bryant Street in San Francisco, one company had no compassion and sympathy and the next company, we filled out the paper works and waited for hours and hours with my wife, kids and mother in-law. After we sign the papers and make the payments, we went out to eat and then come back. One of the guys from that bail bonds company phone us and said they want more money or collateral. We went back to talk to them and ask why they didn't tell us ahead of time. They said it was denied by management. We tried to work it out but they weren't willing to help. It was a waste of time for me and my family. We cancelled everything and my family walk out very disappointed and tired and especially my kids faces were sad. After feeling down and losing hope we decided to try Bail Hotline Bail Bonds. When we first walked in, we were greeted kindly by one of the agent. She ask us if she can help us, so we gave her all the information. She was able to help us a lot and give us important information about bailing out my step-son. Wow... What can I say. These guys are wondeful. My boyfriend was arrested for a out of county warrent which he knew nothing about. After calling several bail bonds at 3 in the morning and no answer we decided to contact one more bondsman. Bailing anyone out of jail, leaves a lot to be desired. However, many thanks to Ivan, at Bail Hotlines, on Bryant, in San Francisco for making the process swift, informative and painless. They are located right across the street ftom the jail. For cryin out loud, it was 1:00 in the morning, and Ivan graciously made us coffee and to boot threw in a couple of cookies.
