The cost for the attorney and bail would be $18,000 and this attorney needed the cash within the hour. I checked with a few attorney friends and clients before being led to Jerry at Al Graf. This bond service was the highest rated company on yelp, and rather than choose a random company off the wall, we thought we'd take a chance. Angel answered the phone immediately, was kind and patient in explaining the process and their fee (10%, which he also explained as the same for all bail bond companies in the area). He checked in later when we running behind schedule and kept in touch with us throughout. Can I say what a blessing it is to have someone efficient, kind and friendly on the phone during any crisis? Things progressed smoothly from there. There was a lot of time waiting for the jail to get things processed, but Out Now kept the family warm and safe in their waiting room and even gave us free earbuds with their logo. Contrary to initial thought, those earbuds are one of the best pairs out of about 12 pairs that we own, so kudos to them!
