When I decided to pull the trigger and order a ShowHauler RV from them, I had a question about a particular chassis and inquired as to how to order what I desired. That is when things went downhill, not sure if it was because I did not wear designer clothes or did not have a Rolex watch when I visited but was basically told to quit wasting our time and if you wanted to go any further give us a $50,000 dollar deposit and then you will get answers. I would understand if I had repeatedly bothered this dealership. I had 1 in person meeting for about 3 hours and 2 email correspondences. And the last phone call. I apologize for bothering you with questions. I guess I did not fit their desired profile, asked too many questions on a roughly $700,000.00 RV. Read other reviews and they were positive so was happy to invest some of my time, maybe it was just not to be with this dealer. Maybe my expectations were just too much. Not sure but I will continue to look around. Sad, seemed like it was going to be a good place to do some business with, guess not.

The young lady working the office is very sweet and willing to help in anyway she can. WiFi worked GREAT for streaming Netflix/Hulu! Only complaints we had was with the laundromat there, but it's not necessarily the rv parks fault, they rent the machines out and we had many problems with the company not fixing the machines, everytime we tried using the laundromat we dealt with (taken money, washer quit before the spin cycle leaving the clothes soaked in water, dryers not working, etc) so we just used the laundromat down the road. One thing that really needs work is the poor entrance way! We even drive two trucks and it was hard on them because the driveway is rough!! I couldn't imagine it in a little car! They REALLY need to fill the holes in because the entrance to the rv park is right off the highway and people will run you over when you are having to slow down to 5mph to turn in and not destroy your vehicle because the rough driveway! Overall a good little quiet RV park! Would give 5 stars but the driveway and laundromat could really use some maintenance!
