When I decided to pull the trigger and order a ShowHauler RV from them, I had a question about a particular chassis and inquired as to how to order what I desired. That is when things went downhill, not sure if it was because I did not wear designer clothes or did not have a Rolex watch when I visited but was basically told to quit wasting our time and if you wanted to go any further give us a $50,000 dollar deposit and then you will get answers. I would understand if I had repeatedly bothered this dealership. I had 1 in person meeting for about 3 hours and 2 email correspondences. And the last phone call. I apologize for bothering you with questions. I guess I did not fit their desired profile, asked too many questions on a roughly $700,000.00 RV. Read other reviews and they were positive so was happy to invest some of my time, maybe it was just not to be with this dealer. Maybe my expectations were just too much. Not sure but I will continue to look around. Sad, seemed like it was going to be a good place to do some business with, guess not.

The young lady working the office is very sweet and willing to help in anyway she can. WiFi worked GREAT for streaming Netflix/Hulu! Only complaints we had was with the laundromat there, but it's not necessarily the rv parks fault, they rent the machines out and we had many problems with the company not fixing the machines, everytime we tried using the laundromat we dealt with (taken money, washer quit before the spin cycle leaving the clothes soaked in water, dryers not working, etc) so we just used the laundromat down the road. One thing that really needs work is the poor entrance way! We even drive two trucks and it was hard on them because the driveway is rough!! I couldn't imagine it in a little car! They REALLY need to fill the holes in because the entrance to the rv park is right off the highway and people will run you over when you are having to slow down to 5mph to turn in and not destroy your vehicle because the rough driveway! Overall a good little quiet RV park! Would give 5 stars but the driveway and laundromat could really use some maintenance!

When my husband and I went out of our way to drive through Lubbock in an attempt to get our RV either fixed or totaled after a year of waiting on an estimate. I naturally sent my husband to go talk to the service manager, Kyle Bovee, so that I would not be arrested for my reaction. Kyle Bovee was extremely friendly to my husband and stated that he was "more than willing" to help us resolve this issue and he was "willing to do whatever it took". We spent 2 days working with our insurance agent, Kyle Bovee and emptying our RV. THE MOMENT WE LEFT TOWN, Kyle Bovee stopped replying, stopped helping and refused to get our insurance company what they needed. In the long run, all he had to do was state that they were unable and ill equipped to perform the work required....he could have worked with a manufacturer to get estimates from them or literally any repair shop that has any large rig capabilities. However, he chose to ignore us and cause over a year of stress and anger. In the end, we ended up having to go through our insurance company just to have them FORCE camping world to work with the manufacturer to get estimates...just to get it totaled. IN ADDITION, they had already accepted the insurance money and were just sitting on it....no communication, no plan to repair...just took the money and let everything sit there. To top it off, they also "misplaced" our motorhome and couldn't find it for over a day. The entire operation is a joke. In total, once we actually got the process moving by having the insurance company force their hands, it took all of 2 weeks to get the RV totaled....after OVER A YEAR. Kyle Bovee didn't even assist with this process and stopped returning the insurance company's call as well. Luckily, someone working under Kyle Bovee was willing to help and actually do what was right. Like I said, I waited over a year to pass before I updated this review to ensure that I still felt the same way...and it still makes me angry. I genuinely hope that Kyle Bovee has been fired and has found his proper home working in fast food or something along those lines. INITIAL REVIEW: I would leave no stars if that was an option. We delivered our motorhome to them just shy of 1 year ago to be repaired...STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE. I have been told over and over that I'll have it in a few days and still nothing. The original service manager left or was fired somewhere in this process and they completely dropped the ball on our unit....to the point where they literally couldn't find it for a few days. They did find it, but only after I got my insurance agent involved who has been trying to work with them directly on my behalf. After this, they tried to tell us that they did not have any insurance or damage information so they needed to start over and get us an "accurate quote". Which I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. They are now ghosting both of my and my insurance agent's calls, emails, etc. Even requests to speak with management are going unanswered. I can't wait to be passing through there in a few weeks and surprise them in person. I hope they're ready.

Took it out and it still leaked. I went and asked for a compromise. Just give me 1/2 of my $800 back and I'll go get it fixed. I didn't even ask for all my $800 back. Doug wouldn't agree. He wanted me to bring it out 3rd time. NO WAY was I going to waste my time & effort to get my trailer out there again. I had a mobil tech out and he had it fixed in less than 2 hours. He showed me the work ZAZ had done. The epoxy peeled off like a potato chip. He said it should never have been used on my pipe. Zero confidence in ZAZ. $800 down the drain !!

My friends paid this business $1,600 for an RV refrigerator replacement. The refrigerator that was installed arrived without the doors and side panels, did not work, and the technician showed up about two hours late. In my own experience, I scheduled an appointment with Flores Mobile RV, but they never showed up and stopped responding to my messages. Thankfully, I wasn't out any money. Afterward, I looked through other customer reviews and found multiple people reporting similar experiences, including paying for parts or repairs and then being unable to get any further response. If you're considering using this business, I strongly encourage you to read the reviews carefully and do your own research before paying any money upfront. If these issues are resolved, I'd be happy to update this post. Until then, I can't recommend this business based on what I've personally experienced and what my friends have gone through.
