That was frustrating and set a poor tone for the entire experience. I brought my vehicle in and specifically asked them to perform all necessary maintenance, but they never clearly explained which service package I actually needed. I expected a thorough explanation of the recommended services, along with a detailed breakdown of the work before any service was approved. Instead, I felt there was very little communication about what maintenance would actually be performed. They recommended a service package, and I assumed it included everything I needed done, but that was not the case. I was charged far more than expected, and all they seemed to do was check the oil and spark plugs. For the amount they charged, I expected actual maintenance as well as an itemized estimate of costs upfront. Transparency should come before approving any service, including a clear explanation of the work being recommended and a detailed list of charges. Instead, I left feeling overcharged and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here unless you get a detailed explanation of exactly what work will be done and how much it will cost beforehand, rather than assuming everything you requested has been properly addressed.

Buyer Beware: Flores Mobile RV (406 McKinley St, Snyder, TX)…read more I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My friends paid this business $1,600 for an RV refrigerator replacement. The refrigerator that was installed arrived without the doors and side panels, did not work, and the technician showed up about two hours late. In my own experience, I scheduled an appointment with Flores Mobile RV, but they never showed up and stopped responding to my messages. Thankfully, I wasn't out any money. Afterward, I looked through other customer reviews and found multiple people reporting similar experiences, including paying for parts or repairs and then being unable to get any further response. If you're considering using this business, I strongly encourage you to read the reviews carefully and do your own research before paying any money upfront. If these issues are resolved, I'd be happy to update this post. Until then, I can't recommend this business based on what I've personally experienced and what my friends have gone through.

However, the agreed arrival time was between 9:30-10:30 a.m., and he did not show up until 2:00 p.m. Regarding the service, we were having furnace issues. He cut a wire, reconnected it, and said he needed to do further research. After that, he stopped responding entirely. Six days passed with no solution, explanation, or follow-up. We had to hire another company, who diagnosed and explained the issue within the same hour. Do not recommend. Reply: If you were unable to resolve the issue, that should have been communicated to us. We should not have had to leave a review in order to get a response. Reply 2: I understand the weather conditions were unsafe and that you were busy. However, saying you didn't have time or were dealing with medical emergencies doesn't line up with the fact that you worked on a coworker's RV just two days later. During that time, we were still waiting for a solution or at the very least, a response. We had to hire another company after already wasting $220 on your "services".

I do not recommend this service. My appointment was made for 11 AM I had to leave work for this…read moreappointment and he confirmed at 10:20 AM that we were still on for 11 AM after sending two messages before that because I couldn't get a response prior. At 11:10 he messaged me and said he was in a MEETING and he would be running late. Why didn't he let me know that before my appointment? He ended up being an hour late and was very rude when I called to check his whereabouts. He quoted me $158 for a callout fee, which I asked him to wave for being late on my time as I left work early. He said he charged $148 an hour. I had an obstruction that needed to be cleared in our system and we also requested he do a high pressure tank cleaning. He ended up not being able to do the tank cleaning because our water pressure was not ideal, which I assumed he wouldn't charge us an arm and a leg because he literally did not fulfill the entire process of our appointment, was late and didn't even fulfill a full 2 hours. He ended up charging me $550. He also NEVER stated in our quote on text that he charged a mileage fee, which he was 6 miles down the road from me. He rounded up and charged me 2.5 hours of labor; again he completed the job at 1:40 PM, was an hour late and sat in his truck for 10 minutes at the end of the service doing my invoice I would assume. So I should have only been charged on an hourly basis, including the call out fee $475.72. $158 + 148 + 148. He ended up overcharging me $74 hourly and $21.72 for fuel. $95.72. I texted him after the service and stated all of this and asked for a refund of either the callout fee for being late or the overcharging that wasn't quoted. He responded with "Please read the terms and conditions at the bottom of your invoice." He also acted as if he would be willing to review the dispute and then immediately followed it up with saying the dispute was considered closed because he felt I was disrespecting him. I messaged him very respectfully, breaking down the amount he overcharged me. He also did not send me terms and conditions until AFTER I paid him. He also sent me the dispatch he was supposed to send the previous day at the very end of the service with the terms and conditions stating the mileage, etc. I think that is a poor way to treat people and to run a business. He very clearly overcharged me for the service and didn't disclose the proper information when communicating my quote through text message. He said to clear the obstruction it would be around $250 and at the end of the appointment that is all he fulfilled beside "adding" a chemical flush to our tanks which is not close to the high pressure we requested and DID NOT RECEIVE because the RV park we were at did not have ideal water pressure. Use your better judgement, I went with the better reviews and I feel like I literally spent an arm and a leg for a person to unclog a toilet and flush my tank, while having to explain to my work why I was late an extra hour. EDIT: Regarding his response to my review. He never once apologized for being late until this review was made and did not try in any way to make up for my lost time. He already stated to me he was in a meeting which he only notified me for 10 minutes after 11:00 which was my appointment time. He is restating what I ALREADY have stated about our RV park having insufficient water pressure. With the lack of knowledge I have in the requirements to services, he should've pre-disclosed to me that the service was only obtainable if we had sufficient water pressure. I was assuming he had a lower psi pressure washer or some sort of equipment on hand to spray out our tanks. So I already stated that the water was the RV park issue but again, it was not fulfilled. Secondly, regarding the "pricing" he is stating what I already stated in my review, he never sent me a breakdown of any pricing outside of the $158 call out fee and the $148 hourly rate. He still said in text message that for the obstruction it would be around $250. That was ALL that was fulfilled as I was there the entire time. He is stating he sent me an invoice with multiple different explanations of prices for different things educated. That is false, he sent me the invoice with only the mileage that was NEVER discussed in the quote he gave me, the 2.5 hours of labor he overcharged me for AND the call out fee. There was no other breakdowns for any products used, repairs made, etc. Thirdly, I never said he refused to communicate with me I stated that he stated he would be willing to look at the invoice dispute and then immediately followed it up with the dispute was considered closed because I messaged him the breakdown of overcharging me after he claimed I was being disrespectful and that he actually charged me UNDER the standard pricing? I do not appreciate my time being wasted, someone being rude and then overcharging me when I already felt I didn't get what I wanted out of my full service request.
