To my surprise, Mr. David Kidd reached out to me first thing on a busy Monday morning. His dedication to customer service was nothing short of extraordinary! He went above and beyond in a way I've never experienced before with any manager in the automotive or RV industry. While I was at a physician's appointment, I received a voicemail from Mr. Kidd assuring me that he had received my messages and was committed to resolving the issues. Not only did he offer to trade my RV for the 5th Wheel I had expressed interest in, but he also guaranteed that I wouldn't have to pay anything extra--he would have it ready for me upon my arrival. And here's the most incredible part: not only was the trade seamless, but I ended up with a new RV that was actually **$4,500 cheaper** than my original purchase! On top of that, I received a **two-point interest rate reduction**, resulting in a monthly payment that is **$150 less** than what I was paying before! It's essential to remember that issues can arise with any new product, and that's simply part of the process. What truly matters is how the dealership responds and supports you. Don't trust it, because when I went to pick it up no one talked to me. The kid that took my credit card did not say a thing. Everyone else was hiding from me, I guess. When I got it home I see the engine cover does not even fit any more over the engine. Hope everyone sees this and takes my warning, do not take your boat to them. After I wrote this I called Doug, and he ask if he could come out and talk to me about my boat. He pushed the cover down, and I still don't like it, but I will give him a little for coming all the way out here. He guarantees his work, I have not had time to test that yet. So more to come.

Took it out and it still leaked. I went and asked for a compromise. Just give me 1/2 of my $800 back and I'll go get it fixed. I didn't even ask for all my $800 back. Doug wouldn't agree. He wanted me to bring it out 3rd time. NO WAY was I going to waste my time & effort to get my trailer out there again. I had a mobil tech out and he had it fixed in less than 2 hours. He showed me the work ZAZ had done. The epoxy peeled off like a potato chip. He said it should never have been used on my pipe. Zero confidence in ZAZ. $800 down the drain !!

Thank You Bison RV Center!!…read more We stopped at Bison RV Center and found a blown wheel bearing on our trailer. Bison sent us to Marks Pipe and Iron, who then sent us to Dimmit Tires. Dimmit took everything apart, Marks welded it, and then Dimmit put it all back together -- better than before -- and even fixed another trailer tire. Because of your teamwork and quick help, we were back on the road the next morning. We are so grateful for the way all of you worked together and made the repair both fast and affordable. I was pulling a new-to-me trailer from TN out to Nevada on a two week trip. After a lengthy part of the trip over a fairly rough set of back roads I discovered that the entire lower part the drain for the my black tank had disappeared somewhere along the way. No pipe, no valve, no cover. The good news for those concerned; the tank was cleaned and empty as I had flushed it out the day prior. I was headed to a boondock location that required me to have a working black tank system. A quick search on Google found Mr. B's trailers abut 2hrs away, but along the route. They said they had a good selection of repair parts. Yes they do! My anxiety was quickly relieved after arriving at Mr. B's. The ladies behind the counter in their parts area were extremely helpful and we quickly put together almost everything I needed. The only thing they didn't have was a small section of 3" PVC; but that wasn't a problem because they gave me easy directions to Home Depot to get that last piece of the puzzle. I was able to completely repair my system and I think that the parts I got at Mr. B's were a step up on quality from the original . Excellent customer service. Great selection of RV parts. Highly recommend.

Their work is usually incomplete, the owner (who also does much of the work) is incredibly dishonest, and when they make mistakes you will bear the cost. I caught the owner in an outright lie; gave him the benefit of the doubt, said maybe it was a mistake (though I knew otherwise), and he responded with hostility, rudeness, and a further lie. This to the tune of several hundred dollars that I'm now out. The other staff seems friendly enough, but I still suggest taking your business elsewhere. Items off the shelf...sure, that's safe, but don't let them (mainly the owner) do any work on anything. I since have questioned my coworkers, all locals, and they all know this individual; their response was "I wish you would have asked us first". Learn from my experience; stay away.
