The owner and someone with CUR met with my coworker, let her take some pics, and eased my worries. The application process was quick and easy. We leased for 5 years. Each renewal period was done quickly and they worked with me and the owner over any concerns I had. They have a system online that is customer friendly. I paid each month online and could enter a maintenance request online. I could track the maintenance progress online. Some owners won't allow the property manager to hire anyone they want. Any delay was minor and not due to the realty company. I put in a request less than once a year. The office staff always answer the phone and were always polite to me. Fast forward to this year, I wanted to buy a home. They allowed me to propose purchasing the property to the owner. They were a wonderful property management company for us when we needed it.
