Last week we had need of a plumber. Not knowing one we tried GP&H to fix our shower. We will never have to look for a plumber again. we had just as great an experience with their plumber as we did with out boiler. we called he was there the next day and within the next few days had ordered our parts and repaired out shower. I think it was four or five days from phone call to completion and that included ordering parts. I cannot recommend their services any higher. He had a Generac system installed a few years ago (it's still under warranty). They had forgotten to hook up some of his appliances, and because the power is out most often at night, he didn't notice until now. We have called them several times, been promised calls back with no luck. Being 94 he relies on dependable companies, as we all do, this company has not been dependable or reliable.
