I chose Economy Tires to do my repair because of the reviews and the location. They did a wonderful job. They found a nail in my front tire and plugged it up. They couldn't remove my tire because I had a lock on it and didn't have the tool, but he put soap and water on the tire looking for the leak. He found it easily and I was out of there quickly and it was only $10! I felt so badly for them working in this heat that I gave them a nice tip for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to go to these gentlemen to fix your tires. They took good care of me and were very honest.

Then two weeks later I broke down on the side of the road when I called glenns the girl who answered said well it's been two weeks it your alternator really??? I told them to put the alternator in but I wanted the old one before they sent it for core. We'll surprise surprise they sent it to core. They knew I was going to have it checked. We'll now here we are with a bad battery after less than two years and they won't honor the warranty. Said it was fine, but it was checked at two other places and they both said it would not hold a charge. Don't waste your time or money on these people

Also, whereas some places would try to convince me that I needed new tires on the rear, they recognized the value of the tires that it had. Finally, while I was there for the repair, I asked if they did the kind of work required to reconnect part of a body panel. They do, and it was repaired by the end of that visit. Plus!!! They did not charge me for that extra repair even though I said that surely I owed them something for the extra work!!! My old car repair people retired, and I was looking for a new home. They had no other vehicles in the shop, so I have no idea why it took so long. The fact that they charge a $15 shop fee on a service they already offer, plus a 3% convenience fee for using a debit card, is beyond ridiculous. It would have been nice to know these fees were going to be charged up front, before making the appointment. An extra, unexpected $30.00 charge on top of the quoted price, is just insane.
