I spent hours waiting for other companies, who kept telling me I was "almost next" or that there was only one person ahead of me. I even walked 2.5 miles down the road to the next exit to get diesel in a canister, but unfortunately, they were closed. Regardless, a huge thank you to Shuler Towing for being willing to come out and help when no one else would.

I'll try to get the studs out myself but never succeeded and dealing with the traffic right next to you on highway 95 coming by. Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine until I got there to get the truck. they had it sitting out back for so long that the battery (less than a year old) was dead and there were so many leaves on it I couldn't see the bed liner. The truck barely ran when i got which is 10x worse than when I gave it to them. Also, to top things off it appears that someone use the tailgate as a cutting board, because it has a ton of gouges in it. basically after 3 months of no communication I got my truck back with a dead battery, running way worse, gouges in my tailgate, and still had to pay them. if i had the choice of setting the truck on fire or let them work on it id choose the fire. the truck wouldn't be drivable either way but at least the fire would be faster

The closest Tesla dealership is almost 90 miles away so I had to find the fastest tire replacement possible so I contacted this company. Initially, they were responsive and fast but the technician ended up damaging the rear wheel. I took pictures immediately after I pulled over and clearly no damage but very visible after the install, which I mentioned. The technician denied it, stating he'd damage both wheels as if he couldn't have made a mistake on the first replaced which was the rear and corrected when installing the second. He also suggested to take the tires off and I pay a $400 service, completely asinine. I couldn't sit and argue with him. Got in contact with his manager/ owner Dave who stated he'd look into it and had no problem paying for the service if his guy damaged it. There are white marks on the tire directly across from the damage on the wheel. This corresponds with an issue with install. I was only asking for 10% refund of the total cost of the service for these cheap tires that were installed. It's the lack of accountability and tried to blame the tow truck company. They used soft straps and looped through the wheel, never touching the edges of the wheel. People make mistakes. Also, Dave stopped communicating with me after I provided the photos and tow info as he requested. It's bad customer service and business practice. See photos.

I parked at a building that appeared to look like new construction or an office building. I later found out that it was an apartment complex but hardly looked like one in the dark as it is black painted. There was one tow sign posted, facing North toward Crown Plaza Hotel. I was driving West and did not see the sign or the face of the sign for "Private Tow Zone" because of the direction the sign was facing, and the placement of the sign on the outside of the fence where parking was. There was no warning signs posted at the 'apartments" stating Private Residences & No Parking. Needless to say, there were about 10 cars towed on a flatbed between 7-10 pm. When I returned to look for my car, it was gone. I looked around the parking lot and did not see any signs. At the corner where the sign was posted and facing Crown Plaza, people were standing calling, and they notified me of the sign and where to call. I called Big Tow Wrecker Service and was told that they were closing in 10 minutes. We all were scrambling to get Ubers or rides to Jefferson Davis Highway to get our cars within the stated10-minute timeframe. Once at Big Tow, it appeared they were fully open for business. There was a woman and two men. We presented only a Driver's License as identification, paid $300.00 cash and NO RECEIPT. I requested a receipt and was NOT able to get one. I voiced my displeasure with how the signage for NO Parking was laid out. One guy who appeared to be in charge said SRP was responsible for placement of the signs that Big Tow supplied, and that I can take it up with SRP. He said, "I don't want you to think this is a racket." I replied, "That is just what I am thinking because of how all of this is being handled." On Monday, I waited until after work to check for the receipt by text, NONE texted as promised. I called to inquire and got Ms. Randi who was rude and fast talking. She put me on hold for 5 minutes. The link she sent was broken and I had to call back to request an email of the receipt. I finally got it. I went back to the 'apartments' to check the building out and the placement of the signs. I took video and pictures, then I was approached by the Sweetwater Apts. leasing representative asking if she could help me. I went into the office and told her what happened on Friday, and that the complex needed to put more signs up, especially against the building parking. A gentleman interjected as I was talking to the woman, that the entire lot is a tow zone, and there are two (2) signs up at each END of the East/West lot. I explained I was concerned about the sign near where I parked and the non-existent signs at the building. I told them had I seen any sign posted, I would have never parked there, and that the signs need to be adjusted, or even two-sided facing East/West as the road is East/West so drivers can see the signs clearly. I am disappointed that we all had our cars towed. It does seem like a racket as no person tried to warn anyone, and the way the entire operation is conducted. YES, we parked in a Private No Park Zone that was NOT PROPERLY MARKED! This is the frustration and disgust that I am exemplifying in this review. I feel for much older people who might not see the signs or have the Uber App because much younger people did not see the sign that was posted in an obscure direction and spot. Let's do better those of you in the service industry. If any of us had seen 1 of 2 signs posted, we would not have parked there. I warned a lady who parked in the middle of the lot, she thanked me and moved her car. These businesses responsible, Big Tow, Sweetwater Apts. Leasing Office and SRP Park, all should try to serve the customer better and fairly by not trying to scam them, especially at Christmastime! In all fairness, Big Tow might be a great roadside assistance company; I would not know, nor would I ever call them for a tow.

Back in September, in the evening, my son ran over a huge screw that got stuck in the tire. The stupid security lug nut wouldn't come off, the treads in the key were messed up or something? All I know is neither my husband nor my son could get it off. It was ridiculous. We all needed our cars the next day, had no idea what we were going to do... I got online to see if there were any automotive places still open, or SOMETHING. It was almost 9:00 pm. I saw Bennie's, and that they were open 24 hrs, so I called them up. Jeff was very nice, I explained the situation, and he said he could have someone at our house in about an hour, and quoted me a price to put the spare on or patch/plug the tire, whichever could be done and/or would be best. The tech they sent out tried and tried, but said he didn't have the right tool to force that lug nut off, so he would plug the tire. That's what he did, and it worked perfectly!! It was amazing!! I think it was around $150 to pay by card, and I gladly paid every dime, lol. To be in a situation where you need your car, but it's broken, it's late, etc. is so stressful. Having someone just show up to your house and fix it on the spot for a reasonable price is just AMAZING. Now, fast forward to today, November. Same son noticed the tire was flat while he was at work. He has to leave in the early morning tomorrow to drive to Texas for a wedding this weekend. This is so not good. He was able to purchase another key from Lexus dealership, still couldn't get the lug nut off :-/ We called two auto shops, neither could fit him in today :-/ So I remembered Bennie's and called them up. Jeff answered again, I told him the situation, he asked me to have my son send some pictures and info while he called the manager to ask about the warranty on the plug they did before. He called back and said unfortunately the warranty period was over, but they could come out with the right tool this time and try to get the lug nut off. They were at my son's work within 45 minutes!! They were able to FINALLY get that stupid lug nut off and put the (great condition) spare on. Crisis averted and my son can leave as planned in the morning and make his friends wedding :) Also, it wasn't the first plug that failed, there was another puncture in the tire, so they plugged that too, and put the old tire in the trunk for a spare until my som can replace it. Seriously, these guys are life savers.

The second crew advised me to drive a mile WITH NO TIRE on I-20 to the other side so his equipment would work properly lol.. COMPLETE JOKE!! And to top it off I was charged $980 initially for TWO TIRES that not only took 7.5 hours but they also tried to make it right by taking $200 off after causing me to do a whole work shift sitting in the hwy. Then I was promised discounted tires and haven't even smelt them.. save your time and money and call someone else!! Will be posting these every week just to keep it refreshed hopefully I'll save the next from becoming a victim. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT ITS FINEST!!
