This was a very nice collaborative process, where we talked about appropriate overhangs, and how to deal with window trim that might be in the way. Templating took all 20 minutes. Within a week, we had the countertops installed, and sink mounted. They were very considerate to ask us about noise levels, since they knew we had a toddler that napped around the install time. Install was less than an hour, and it looks perfect! Just all around very professional and wonderful folks.

I can't remember his name, but he was a white guy with blonde hair and I think glasses. This guy was so passionate about his job and helping us. After we picked out the granite, we told him we were doing the backspash ourselves and could use some direction. He didn't miss a beat...he sat us down and showed us some samples. Then he ran back and grabbed some more. By the time we were done, we seemed to have a better idea of what we wanted. But just in case, he sent us free samples to our house so we could make a decision when the cabinets and floors were in. He was very accommodating, kind, and personable. I went in and Jose was so nice and actually took me back to the back room where they do all the finishing and cutting for the countertops and we went outside and I saw one and he actually got the truck around and pulled it inside for me to look at and it was a done deal, he came out twice and measured to perfection. I had a couple issues with countertop and wall angles and then within a couple days his team came out and installed L shaped countertop a bar area, and my 9 foot island. Couple days later he came back to inspect everything and we had a couple little things that needed to be caulked around the edges and it turned out amazingly beautiful.
