It had been some time since I had Baja Fresh but had always enjoyed it. I guess times have changed. The food is still delicious and the staff was really nice. However, they gave me the smallest burrito I've ever seen at any Mexican restaurant. If you want a burrito from a similar styled restaurant, try Chipotle or Taco Del Mar. Clean. Fast. Nice. I just tried their new fajitas. Yum. Can't go wrong with their carnitas or chicken. Sometimes the steak is meh. Been to this location 3 or 4 times and it's been pretty consistent food. And it's always clean so that's great. read more

The one star is for the extremely rude lady cashier, she was complaining to the nice cashier Roberto about a customer who complained about her, so basically she was complaining about being complained about, she contined to vent to Roberto while I was waiting to order, when she was done, Roberto then apologized for her rude behavior and took my order, he was polite and professional. The food tasted good but their are far too many other options and I wont be back, she was not wearing a name tag or I would have gotten her name, ask Roberto. read more

I've only been to this location twice but both times I've had a great experience! I receive my order quickly and it tastes wonderful!

The chicken nachos are the bomb!! I just wish you could order them in small or regular sizes because I can never finish the whole thing.

Major drop in quality at this new location that is across the lot from the previous location. They seem to be trading off quality for speed. Less staff providing poorer food and frantically rude service. My Baja Burrito was cold inside and out. When I returned it for heat up I was told it was "because of the cold pico de Gallo". I'm concerned about getting sick from eating food below health standard temperature. I will not return to this location unless significant improvements are made. read more

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. For one it's affordable, two it's fast, and three it's convenient. We have been going to this location since it has opened and the service continues to impress. The food is pretty good. Wide variety of choices on the menu for everyone in the family. I wish I could say good things. But its coming up on 2.5 years when I found a square copper piece in my black beans of my food and when I called to report it they kept telling me that they had no copper in the kitchen. I went in to get my money back and they said they could only refund my food. I think reported it to the main office and they still did nothing. My company does not take orders from this place anymore and I have Definitely shared my story. You guys have great food. But I would never place anything in my food to get it for free. read more

I love the new location set up they did. Very modern and clean looking. I got the chicken taquitos and steak soft tacos. The chicken taquitos could have used a little more flavor but I ate every single one. Very delicious and good option for quick Mexican food. read more

Great customer service, the new location is definitely a plus, always clean and the salsa bar is always fully stocked. Chicken and shrimp burrito is off the hook, although the chicken taquitos are a bit bland they are still exceptional. Now GO!!! Don't forget some salsa's! read more

I realize now, a year later, that this review was posted for all Baja's and I intended it for the one on SW Pacific Hwy. "This is the best BF I have ever been to and I have travelled and been to many. Complimentary chips and salsa is a good perk and the chips are also great. You can tell they change their oil/lard frequently, as there is a clean chip taste." Added Oct 2017: The one in Cedar Mills sucks. The burritos are not fresh. Last two times there, got it enchilada style and the burrito was cold in some parts and slightly warm in other parts. Obviously made a batch of burritos and then when I order, they give it a few secs in microwave, if that even, and then some sauce. Both times the chicken was overdone, like blackened, and dried out. My name is Riley, this is For sure some of the freshest, healthiest and tastiest Mexican fast food ever! Love the black beans, grilled fish, chicken and steak options, and the avocado! Counter service to order and pick up food, but friendly. Several condiments to choose from and lots of iced tea / non-soda options. If you care about your health and like to keep your taste buds and tummy happy, this is your place. I've never had an order made wrong - not in take-out or eat in. My only wish is that you bring back beer. I really miss not being able to have a beer with my dinner. The variety of fresh salsas is amazing! Oh and please just maybe don't mop under tables that we are currently occupying. But do keep the restaurant clean; you do a good job on that part. Thanks read more

Everytime I come in here the floor is wet, it smells of cleaning products, or an employee is mopping. Do they not know how unsanitary it is to mop when people are eating? Do they have no clue that people don't want to smell generic lemon scent when they eat? What the hell is going on with the management here... read more

Overall, a nice experience. Small complaints: my pet peeve is being rushed at the end of the night. I hate when I'm eating and suddenly the staff starts sweeping/mopping/vaccuuming under my feet or putting up chairs. I've worked in restaurants my whole life, so I'm conscientious about not arriving right before they close or staying after. We arrived at 8, got our food at 8:20, and they started putting up all chairs, followed by sweeping/mopping at 8:35. It made me so uncomfortable to be surrounded by chairs on tables and to have the kid literally mopping under my feet. There were at least 20 patrons in the restaurant at that point. read more

Burrito layered in a way that some bites completely tomato, other bites completely beef, etc. Chips & Salsa $3 for flavorless chips like you get with the discount chips at Winco. Sauce bar looks fun, but tiny, tiny cups make it nearly impossible to dip your chips. read more

Food is very healthy and filling for the price. One of my favorite restaurants my favorite is fish taco combo meal. Timely service.

Baja Stale. When a restaurant is mailing coupons there is a reason. The food was awful. Fresh is not the word to describe the food. Don't bother going there, go spend your money at Chipotle down the street. read more

It was the worst Baja Fresh establishment I've been to. The trash was full, and the menu was different. Hot sauce laden handle full of hot sauce. Very unlike what I'm accustomed to for Baja. Meh. It's okay. The food is good enough, not great. The chips are tasteless. Floors and tables are kept clean. Menu on the wall is hard to read.
