After 2 months (with little to no communication on their part I might add), I picked up my vehicle on August 16. The back had dust all over it and my steering wheel and dash face had damage that was worse than when I had dropped it off. I sent an email cc.ing several people with pictures about this issue and requested photos. They sent me their photos and the manager, Sean, called me and had me come in. We met on Aug 21, where we looked at my vehicle and he asked when could they have it to get it detailed I said that depended on what else they were taking care of and he asked me to come inside and review the photos. After reviewing the photos he pointed out the damage that was already there which I never denied but I also pointed it out and showed it to him that it was much worse than it was when I took it in there. He claimed even though it could have gotten worse, although he wasn't saying it did, that was something that could happen. And the worst photo he shows me is taken July 3, almost a month after they had it! I said so I should expect my vehicle to come back worse? I mean my steering went from a few tears to being completely ripped all the way around. I asked if what he was saying was they are not taking care of any of this and he replied that after speaking to his other manager, no. I simply replied we were done then and I left the shop. So, if you have any wear and tear on your vehicle and it gets worse after they've had it, don't expect them to own up to it. Also, expect your vehicle to have dust in it and on all your things which I was never told may have been a possibility or I would have taken my stuff out of it). To be fair, he did offer a detail. Sorry, after this experience I want them nowhere near the inside of my vehicle again. What is most unbelievable to me is that there is photo evidence of all of this and still they refuse to take any responsibility for any of it except some dust. I will never use Jay Wolfe Body Shop again, nor will I ever go back to the dealership either.

The tip of the rear door was striking the tip of the forward door and there a lot of wind noise at highway speed. My car was immediately addressed upon my appointment and while I waited the rear door was adjusted diagonally to cure the strike problem and inward to fix the wind noise. I was out in just a few minutes with no more striking or noise problems. Makes the car so much more enjoyable on a long highway trip. Can't complain about the cost. The technician and service manager even wiped the fingerprints off my car. I'm pleased that the same professionalism and friendliness that I get at the service shop also exists at the body shop. I know of friends who have gone to other body shops with similar problems and have never really have their problem fully cured.

The mechanic was really knowledgeable and polite, he articulated and explained what was going on, what needed replacement, and why. He also gave me the option to replace the parts with used/aftermarket components to save even more. Definitely going here for my future car troubles.
