The repair job was great, and the customer service was excellent. It is not one of those intimidating car repair shops. I understood that with all the ice it could take a little while. after weeks go by I went back and they told me that it was going to be a while longer because they only had one lift to work on the vehicles that are not drivable. I called the insurance company and voiced my concern about finding another shop and they were against that and even said I could have to pay a restocking fee for the parts, so I reluctantly left my vehicle there. A few weeks go by and no one called or contacted us to give any kind of update unless we called and complained about how slow the work was being done. Last week they said it would be ready on Friday provided that the sensor came in for the repair to be complet, so today I was shocked to find out that Carstar actually called and told my wife that the vehicle would not be ready due to a cable kit being needed and it would be wednesday this following week. the insurance company has paid for a rental up until the 9th of this month so it has been an inconvenience for us only having one vehicle for the last two weeks so by the time I will actually get my vehicle back it will have been 44-45 days to me this seems a bit excessive. I don't have money floating around to pay for a rental for 18 days. needless to say this is my way of letting others know not to take your vehicle to the riverside Mo Carstar if it is not drivable they only have one lift and it will take a while if anyone is in front of you to get service. Lacking in communication about only having one lift I would of gone somewhere else.

Jacob and the staff at Wayne Croy are great! Friendly and efficient. Honest and reliable. I visited for an auto inspection. Earlier in the week, I called to get a walk in and learned they process auto inspections at the start of their day. I arrived and had the inspection completed in about 30 minutes. This hometown business offers a humble waiting area with restrooms, magazines and a soda vending machine.
