Reasonable priced bakery and very friendly staff. I had a Galentines event and grabbed some of the soft baked cookies and sugar cookies. Cookies were beautifully decorated, pretty standard on flavor didn't stand out. I did get the red velvet cookie for myself and that was excellent far superior to the sugar cookies. Place has its own parking and I would go back to try other items.

First time trying Baked on 8th. Picked up cookies for the holiday cookie exchange. They offer a nice assortment of cookies including some holiday favorites like the gingerbread man. The bakery is convenient to access, free parking and service is friendly. They helped pick out my assortment of cookies and boxed them with care. The cakes looked amazing! They also had a nice assortment of the cut out decorated cookies. All the cookies were a hit. They were on the larger size, fresh, tasty and the first to be eaten. The cookies were priced between $3-$4 a piece so expect to pay about $40-$50 per dozen.

Holy moly, this is amazing. This is my first time here and I'm so impressed with the pastries here. They offer cake slices and full cakes as well as handheld pastries too. We ordered the pumpkin pop tart, cosmic brownie, a lemon blueberry cake and cookies. I highly recommend stopping by here for a sweet treat immediately.

I love supporting our local bakery, Baked on 8th and their sister store Electric Mixer. The owners and staff are incredibly kind, and the quality is superb. I've loved everything I've tasted here, and it's always my favorite spot when I'm craving a sweet treat.

I love Baked on 8th for their custom birthday cakes! The flavors really pop, and the designs are impeccable. They make the whole process pleasant and easy. I've also had their millionaires shortbread and it blew me away! I will say their cookies, particularly their chocolate chip is not my favorite, I find them to be on the dry side. But the friendly faces, delicious cakes and large assortment of pastries to try keeps me coming back!

Take out $5 slice of strawberry cake- delicious!

Fabulous and delicious, and owned by a woman ( and also visit her eclectic store next door- "Electric Mixer")!!!! We moved near Baked on 8th just before Covid and order from here often. Sadly, they closed for remodeling and are still pick up outside only as they await some interior design products to arrive before reopening. The online menu is easy to navigate , text the number once you're in the parking lot to the left of the building and they will quickly text you when your order is ready. We craved the Jewish apple cake (our fave) at 5 pm on Saturday but they were long sold out so instead got a slice each of vanilla almond cake and strawberry. Huge slices and delicious warmed up. Nice folks, great cakes, brownies , cookies etc. but mostly look forward to them opening up again so we can come inside and see all the treats for ourselves!! We keep coming back!!! You'll love it too!!

Baked on 8th needs to be closed down. It is criminal how good this place is! We ordered pumpkin bread and the walnut brown sugar pumpkin pie for thanksgiving. We were able to walk in and get both since we failed to preorder. Won't make that mistake again! This pumpkin pie is probably the best pumpkin pie I have ever had. It's great. It is simply delicious. The pumpkin bread is very good too. I've had it as dessert, for breakfast, and lunch. This is an amazing bakery.

Almond cake- 8/10 ( a little frosting heavy, maybe add fruit to cut the sweetness- blueberries or strawberries or something tart) Sugar cookies- 6/10 (delicious frosting but heavy on the doughy taste) Lemon bar- 10/10 Blueberry lemon scone thing- 4/10 (super doughy not super flavorful) Loved it overall & I'd prefer local over like Crumbl but I would say include your ingredients for allergies. I bought two cakes that day (one because i found out the recipient had an almond allergy) and I told them that. They allowed me to purchase a new cake and then AFTER (I'm now $100 deep in cakes) they texted me that their facility COULD have nut cross contamination. So... yeah...

Their ice creams are creamy and naturally flavored. I have tried the Brambleberry Crunch, which is one of my favorites. Their Darkest Chocolate ice cream is also delicious and decadent. But the Hibiscus Chili was the most underrated flavor. I think it deserves a lot more hype. The ice cream shop at this location can get very busy, but the service is extremely quick. The team at Jeni's is always patient with me, even when I am confused with all their range of flavors. I particularly love how the shop smells of baked waffle cones.

It's long, it's inevitable, and trying to fight it is a rookie mistake. Because when ice cream is this profoundly good, crowds happen. Step two: Don't panic. The crew behind the counter operates with the high-speed efficiency of a pit crew, yet somehow maintains the absolute patience of saints while you undergo an existential crisis deciding on flavors. My personal blueprint for success was all about contrast. I engineered a double-scoop masterpiece: a heavy, deeply decadent, unapologetic chocolate base, perfectly countered by a lighter, delicate second scoop to balance the universe. It was an elite flavor pivot. Delicious doesn't even cover it. Meanwhile, my wife absolutely devoured her fruit-forward flavors with a speed that felt slightly competitive. Total sensory overload in the best way possible. I'm giving this place a flawless five stars, mostly because I have to, but also because I am currently stalking the freezer aisle of my local Publix like a person possessed, trying to hunt down pints to replicate this high until I can get back to Nashville. Do your tastebuds a favor. Just get in line.

Should have eaten upstairs. The wait for ordering was not long which is a plus. However I feel their ordering system could be a little more streamlined, there are a lot of clicks for each item. I am used to SS in Chicago and it's the same there too. I ordered nothing crazy, a cheeseburger with added pickles and some fries, and an Arnold Palmer (50/50 lemonade and tea). We waited at our table and eventually got the text our food was ready but it took over 10 minutes after that to come out. At one point they tried to bring us someone else's food and they seemed very confused about it when we said that wasn't my order. I confirmed before we left that we didn't make a mistake while ordering so it wasn't something we did. When the food did come out it had clearly been sitting for some time. The bun had not been fully cut in half and this was not even visible inside the wrapping. It was crumpled up in a cold soggy mess at the bottom of the wrapping and was inedible. I essentially ate a naked burger. The cheese had solidified and was not at all melted showing how long the food was sitting. The fries were thankfully not cold but lukewarm at best. And to top it off my drink was incorrect, it tasted and looked like strawberry lemonade. I ended up throwing much of the meal in the trash. The person delivering the food should have noticed this was not up to par and sent it back. The cleanliness was also not up to the standard I expect at SS but considering their location and time of day I would give them a pass. Would not recommend coming here after hours.
