The snow/shaved ice is phenomenal. Boozy options and non-alcoholic options. Service was friendly. It's order at the counter and wait. Then take bake to whatever seat you found. The ambiance is nice for a food hall. Feels comfortable and perfect lighting to make it feel like a nice steakhouse vibe.

If you like Kona Ice or slushies, this is a similar style of ice cream but even better. The texture is light and refreshing, almost like Italian ice or gelati. Personally, I love it because it reminds me a lot of Rita's Italian Ice. The flavors are really good and it's the perfect treat if you want something sweet but not too heavy.

Hands down the best shaved ice I've ever had! I got the banana pudding flavor at Cotton & Snow in Assembly Food Hall, and it was delicious. It had super soft ice, strong banana pudding flavor, and was topped with whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, cookie crumbles, and a vanilla wafer. You can even watch them assemble it while you wait. It was a perfect treat on a hot Nashville day. I would highly recommend any of their shaved ice options.

This place is inside of a shopping/food area at the end of the strip. I got the chocolate ice cream with blue coconut. It was ok, kind of like ice milk, not amazing. My bf got the creepy crawlers ice and said it was good.

Do not waste your money. I barely walked away from the stand before it tilted sideways and I had to quickly sit and find a million napkins. This picture was taken 3 minutes after it was purchased. The cup is horribly flimsy and I couldn't even eat it and ended up throwing the entire thing away. The little bit I got to eat before getting covered in it tasted good but that's no consolation.

Just happened to stumble upon this place and omg it was amazing! Can't wait to go back if you love sweet things this is the place to go! And the gentleman behind the counter was so nice as well!

Cotton & Snow is super refreshing! The snow cones were perfection, the have lots of basic and interesting flavors to chooses from and an extra plus is you can make it an adult snow cone. The snow cones are the perfect liquid to ice combination. As far as the customer service is was very basic the staff were not very friendly and were not very engaging, but not rude... just know what you want and dont expect anything more. But overall it's a good place for a cold and sweet treat would definitely go back.

Shaved ice deliciousness! Last year we took a baby moon to Hawaii and this year we took a baby moon to Nashville. Little did we know we would have better shaved ice in Nashville than in Hawaii?!? Cotton and snow is a cool little cotton candy and shaved ice eatery. They offer tons of flavors and combos as well as boozy versions if that's your fancy. My hubby and I roamed around all the food options and were pretty excited to see cotton and snow. The guy took our order with enthusiasm (seems like enthusiasm runs thick in this area), whipped them up in a jiffy, and they were excellent! Flavors were in abundance and the ice was perfectly shaved and smooth. I had not had whipped cream on it before but it magnified the smooth texture and totally added to the deliciousness. Toasted coconut on top is a must as well! We are in Nashville a couple more days and I hope we make it back.

The hubs and I shared an Espresso Martini shaved ice with vanilla ice cream. The flavors were wonderful. I was expecting it to be more substantial for the price (it was around $25 all in). For that reason, I'd rate it more like a 3.5. But we did enjoy it. It is located in the Assembly Food Hall.

I was craving a snow cone soo bad and this place definitely lived up to my expectations of how good they used to be when I was little. They had cute picnic tables in the back where you also grab your order as well. The service was pretty quick and the cones are bigger than the picture and I got a small! I definitely will be stopping by here again soon!!

Fantastic & super fun!!! I opted for the boozy cotton Candy snow. I couldn't taste the alcohol but it was good. Too much and I couldn't finish it!

This little place is located inside the Freedom Food Hall and what an amazing little find it was. This was a totally unique dessert of the likes I've never tasted. It's really hard to explain what it was but it's like snow, cream and pudding mixed into one confection. It was pleasant to look at and amazing to taste. My girlfriend and I shared one and we both purred like kittens as we ate it. If you find yourself inside the Food Hall, make sure you try this place. Even the girl that made it for us was pretty and sweet. She was extremely friendly. Great service

Wowowowowowow! The best creamy snow cone like ice cream ever! Located at the assembly hall, great location with good vibes! Love their boozy one along with regular ones. I've tried a few of them and they definitely do not disappoint!

They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The ones that aren't necessarily great for working because they're so high up and can make your legs feel weird after awhile. Haha. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! That's HUGE! Ok so overall, I highly recommend this place and it's one of my go to spots.

I'd still consider going back since they're open fairly late, which I really appreciate. There's a small parking lot next to the shop, which is convenient. Overall, a fun spot for the atmosphere even if the coffee didn't quite hit for me.

Cafe intermezzo falls into our lap. Unbelievable find. An oasis in the desert. Door opens a happy lady comes out with her friends and sees us looking at menu, she says "Go here. You will love it". She described a few dishes. Loved the French toast and Turkish coffee. Not sure but loving her passionate suggestion we went in. It was like walking into a cafe in Zurich Paris or Rome. Server was professional neat and polite. Menu was extensive. The classy wood paneling and nice tables were memorable. I ordered a crepe Florentine. It was savory type. It was amazing. My daughter ordered a more traditional sandwich and salad. She loved it too. There was breakfast lunch and dinner selections. Great desserts on display and being served table-side. They also made good espresso drinks. The reason I am giving 3 stars are for 3 main reasons. A) The front of the cafe smells like the sewer - incredibly unappetizing when you walk in or out. B) Our waitress messed up our order. She forgot to bring a Diet Coke. When we questioned her for it, she brought a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke. She then left the regular Coke and still charged us for the Diet Coke. C) There were 4 open tables around us. I had brought a chair next to us for us to put our purses on (they would not stay hanging on the bistro chair due to the rounded back). She told me she needed that chair "because she was planning on filling all the tables." The tables were never filled before we left and I had to cover my purse with my napkin throughout my meal.
