My personal favorite is vanilla or vanilla/chocolate cake with mocha or salted caramel filling. The fondant is thick but that is needed for all the elaborate and detailed decorations I request. This time I wanted a tall cake so I ordered a 2 tier cake with 5" tall layers. The cake was stunning but it was so hard to cut! That was a mistake on my end. Overall, the cakes are excellent in design and taste. You can describe your vision with a few pictures and drawings and they will bring that vision to life.
