Sounds like a scam to me and if not, it's a horrible, disgusting, tacky, ignorant way to treat anyone!!! maybe learn how to verify insurance before the person sitting in your chair next time

So now instead of a follow up she need to do a new fitting because it was over 90 days which she never said anything pertaining to that, I guess my eyeballs change every 90 day.( LMAO) So she could charge me again for a procedure that was never finished because of covid19.
