First of all if you're a patient you will get multiple texts and emails leading up to your appointment asking to confirm. No matter how many times you confirm you will continue to get them AND they will call to get a voco confirmation. After inquiring about this the representative said the voco is the only one that counts. Yet if you don't confirm on any of the other communications your appt will get quickly canceled. Not sure how that even comes close to making sense. We asked to not receive future text but they continued. What a waste. Lastly and maybe more of a kick in the face is that after all that wasted time with text, emails and calls the Dr. doesn't even show and you will be left wasting more time without knowing when you'll be seen that day. They truly don't care about the patient's time, only their $$. Good luck, we have moved on.

The will text you multiple times, and call multiple times to confirm that you made the appt. Should you not confirm with them, they will cancel your scheduled appt. You would think that by making the appt that would be confirmation enough. We ended our vacation a day early, drove 400 miles just to get my daughter to see the dentist after making this appt just a couple weeks ago. Only for them to cancel, because we didn't answer our phones during the holiday season spending time with family. Not only do they have this ridiculous policy in place, but they will also send you text after text about making appointments just because you have insurance left for the year. They literally only want your money. I have sent hundreds of dollars at this location and was scheduled to spend thousands more. They will not get anymore money from my wallet or my insurance. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and do not use this place unless you are a glutton for punishment.

I went in with every sign of needing a root canal on my molar. She ended up telling me I had 9 cavities to fix. So I went and had two fillings done twice. The last one was on the one that was really sensitive. The filling made it SO painful. I went back a couple times for an adjustment. Each time she suggested different procedures OTHER than a root canal (that I was still showing ALL the symptoms of) including a $600 night guard and a Dentin treatment that would've cost God knows how much. So I had to go to a different dentist where they told me I needed a root canal within 5 minutes of me being there. At this point it had been 7 months since my first appointment with Wynn-Hall and over a year since the pain started. All because she wanted to make all the money she could off of me. Do not go here!! You will be suckered into hundreds of dollars of unnecessary procedures.

We are an active military family, and we have been stationed here three times. We just moved back to the area recently, and I had been putting off dental work for years because we weren't here, so now that we are back, I have been trying to get numerous things done over the past two months and I am SO proud to say that I had 3 fillings over the past two weeks (2 separate visits) and NO VALIUM needed!! The entire staff treats me so very nicely and they are very encouraging without ever making me feel like a big baby or like I am silly to be nervous. They understand my anxiety and they all work with me to help me feel relaxed and welcome. I have seen both dentists here and I really really recommend both. The hygienists and the office staff, and techs are all super nice and make every effort to make sure you are called by name and they are very accommodating as far as re-schduling when they have a cancelation so you can get in there and get the work done. I have had an emergency crown done in there twice and both times they were wonderful. There are many dentists here in Fayetteville, but my recommendation is this office because I have had 17 years experience as a patient and they have exceeded any expectation I have had. I can't believe I am yelping a dentist, but they do truly deserve a review and maybe you are looking for a dentist and new to Fayetteville. Hope this helps someone.

Why I am getting a bill from last year and hurting my credit report saying it is 90 days old when they didn't tell me that my insurance didn't pay it. This should have been taken care of last year where I would have paid the remaining balance. The incompetent billing department will hurt this office, because now I don't want any more dealings with Dr. Adamson and his excellent assistants.
