I order an 18" Cult Juvenile BMX Bike for my son's birthday. I found their site and bike on a google search. This place had the best prices and the bike I need for my son. My son's birthday is next week, so I place the order well in advance seeing that they are in Ohio and we live in So Cal. I place my order, and after that, I just received an email that an order was placed. I got a bit worry, so I google the name of the store. I'm glad that I did this after placing my order because the reviews are pretty bad. I want to cancel my order after reading all the reviews. But I decided that I have a week a half before my sons birthday, and a backup plan in case the bike didn't make the arrival in a timely matter. To my surprise, the order was not only taken but also process and the next morning; I received a text message alerting me that the bike will arrive that afternoon. Update Dec. 2017: Tried to buy a gift card for our son for scooter parts as a Christmas gift this year. I stopped in on a Thursday mid afternoon. Sign says they are open but doors locked. I tried to call. No answer. Tried again about a week later and same thing. Different day, locked tight. This seemed strange so I googled the store and started reading reviews of people placing online orders that were not fulfilled but their cards were debited and such. Wow. Things must have changed. It's really a shame, this was the only place in Cbus area to get scooter supplies. Always had great service in this store, and good selection but he sells out quick. New stuff in all the time. Entry level to pro. Owner is Sam and he's super layed back and always goes the extra mile. You can tell it's a passion not just a job/business. We drive from Pataskala to come here. Also good that he has not only skateboards, but BMX and scooters. Parts too. Best place in Cbus area. read more

Although the shop as limited selection, every time we've gone in whoever is working has taken the time to take an interest in my son, answer any questions he may have, and steer Us in the right direction for what product would be good for us. I bought a bike online from these people. A week passes and I email them asking when my order should come. They replied right away with the answer that the bike is out of stock and offered for me to purchase other items from their site. When I asked for a refund I did not get a reply. I have since then emailed 3 more times about when I should recieve my refund, with no answer from this company. They made over $500 off of me without sending any product to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/SITE IF POSSIBLE. They don't have a phone set up. Call it you will see. They are not a good company. This place desires ZERO stars..... I had two separate orders consisting of a frame, wheels, and hub guard weeks ago. Never received any confirmation of shipment. Attempted to communicate with the "business" several times via email, phone call, and Facebook messenger without any result. No communication occurred what so ever besides an automatic email verifying my order had been placed. Do not buy from Bakerized Action Sports. Not legit. I ordered a bike last week. I received an order number and my money was immediately withdrawn. After 3 business days I never received an email of shipment. I tried to call the number listed but it states the number I have reached does not have a voicemail set up. What kind of business doesn't have the name of the business and a voicemail? I sent an email. They responded (no name) and said it would be shipped the next day. I never received an email saying it shipped. I tried calling again with the same luck. I also sent two Facebook messages with no response. I gave them another day before I put a bad review and called my credit card and still no response. I did research the website and it indicted it was a legit site and the reviews were good. This vendor sent me the wrong product -- one that cost much less than what I paid. In addition, I selected the FedEx Ground Home Delivery (2 business days - $12.95) last Monday, July 20, but just received the product a *week* later. I sent an e-mail through their website (http://www.bakerized.com/pages/contact-us) and a second one through regular Gmail, but they never responded. I called multiple times during their business hours, but they never picked up the phone, and an automated message stated, "The person that you are trying to reach has a voice mailbox that has not been set up yet. Please try your call again later." This is undoubtedly the *worst* "establishment" that I have ever done business with. I would have been better off with eBay.
