I decided to check out the coffee shop and what made me backtrack was that they make calamansi tea (with either black or jasmine tea). I opted without cheese because this is how i remember eating it. It also comes with a vinegar sauce. It was delicious. Perfect crunch. Perfect ratios of papaya, mung beans, meat and egg. Calamansi black tea - yummy as well. Not too sweet. Tasted good with the empanada. I will definitely be coming back for the ilocos empanada. They make them daily and often replenished throughout the day (according to the employee). Parking here may be tight if coming durinf busy hours since it shares the spaces with titas kitchenette (also delicious) and island pacific market as well as other small businesses in the strip mall.
