Very complex flavors) and the Queen of the Desert (cool refreshing cucumber followed by a spicy heat in the back of your throat, grew on me over time). Food was also quite good. I forgot to mention - I had standing VIP - that just means you have a space in front of everyone else that is closest to the dj. I think it wasn't worth it. They're standard prices, the bartenders have heavy hands which isn't a bad thing. The location is iffy but there it's in a hot, up-and-coming area. The DJs are always the best in NYC: Guetta, Tiesto, Deadmau5, Prydz, Disclosure, Aoki... yeah, Marquee is the only place that comes close and that place stinks. The setup here is great, the warehouse is massive and you don't feel crowded with 4-5k other people there. The sound system is crazy and the lighting is mesmerizing. Apparently the lines are rough, but I never had to deal with it. The parking situation is the toughest part here... come early or park on 3rd avenue. There's unbelievable food in Red Hook and Bay Ridge if you need a place to look.
