I can not recall all the times that they have failed him. Last year they abandoned him at an appt and he had to wait hours to get picked up. Last week an idiot driver locked their keys on the van and he had to cancel a dentist appt and reschedule a month and a half later. To top it off, just today the driver drove right past him and is still heading into the wrong state. He will miss a pre op surgical appointment now and gave to cancel the surgery. This is unacceptable! It's a joke that insurance companies use their services. Laughable! Negligent hiring practices.

Check out this quick story of mine. On August 16th, 2013, Tina picks me and my party up from Kaukauna Wisconsin to go to Tinley park Illinois (south of Chicago) for the Black Sabbath concert reunion. Everything is going fine...then in Racine on I-94, the heater hose system failed and antifreeze was blowing out. Now this happens to anyone or any vehicle. It was a manufacturers design issue due to plastic parts from the factory..... The Limo is very well cared for. At any rate, Tina finds ( after much trying in the yellow pages) that no one is willing to come get us (rental cars including enterprise, cabs, even people off the street to drive her back up to Mitchel field airport in Milwaukee for an offered $100 cash so she can rent a car to finish driving us there). She has only one concern....getting us there and on time to the show. She is not concerned about the fact that her very nice limo is stuck far from a car mechanic. Suddenly, after she talks to the semi mechanic at the truck stop we are at who informs her he cannot legally work on the limo, does he offer up a quick fix and what does Tina do? She stuffs a $100 bill in his shirt pocket and we are on our way!!!!! We were there for 30-40 minutes and I thought the $1400 I spent on the tickets, and the fee for the Limo were all for not....but not only did Tina come thru, she gets us all the way to the venue which was near Joliet (almost to Indiana) and we walk to our seats and after about one minute, the show starts and Ozzy is standing right in front of me!!! This only happened because of Tina and TNT limo and their dedication....not to mention the fine gentleman who fixed this problem. I am telling you, if you want a quality ride with professional service from people who care, your only choice should be....TNT limousine service in Menasha Wisconsin. So to all you out there who are reading this from other states who will be flying in in the future to Green Bay or Appleton or Oshkosh, Fond du lac etc....call them at (920) 725-4665. We also had to figure out what to do about the extra travel time and expenses...n had a ton of chaos bc of it. He even unplugged our refrigerator n air (electricity) when we had animals n paid $2200 cash in ADVANCE to stay!! Two 2 weeks in , we knew we had made a mistake and we asked for a refund for the following month which was July and we were willing to negotiate the month we were still in which was June but he refused n his final offer was literally $350 out of all of that so we ended up having to sue and thankfully we won!! We didn't get any of the hotel costs recovered, and we certainly didn't get any of the food that we lost recovered and we certainly didn't get any of the time we lost from work or otherwise n especially for peace of mind, but we finally got a judgment ! so let's see how long it takes for us to receive a payment.!! Instead of paying the courthouse or giving us a check while we were in court he claims he will send us one in the mail so yet another way of wasting our time. As if we haven't waited long enough.!!(?)

We decided last minute and very impulsively to hit this KOA. Like, booked a cabin less than 12…read morehours before we left. My kids like dirt and the woods so they were thrilled. We got in at 8pm because we couldn't leave Chicago until after my husband logged off with work. We arrived to find the office closed and an envelope with our name on it taped to the door. That would have been super efficient... if they had actually put the key in the envelope. So I called the number to the KOA repeatedly and no one answered. I finally walked to the back of the office and found a bar. Not a lounge but a full fledged bar. The door stated masks were required to enter but not one single person out of the 40 or so people in there had a mask on. No worries, I'm fully vaccinated, I pushed on. I asked the bartender if she could help me and she directed me to a woman who was super nice and brought me into the office where she located the key. Score! Then we got into the cabin and we didn't have any water. My husband and I poked around in the dark to see if we could find a water source but since we know nothing about it, gave up. More unanswered calls to the KOA. Finally an hour later my husband walked back to the bar and found the same nice woman who came over and fixed the problem. She was super nice but seriously, at this point it was like 10:30pm and we were all just tired of the check in situation being such a long and drawn out pain. The cabin is good. We got a deluxe cabin "VIP" situation. It's fully equipped with plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc which is good because this cabin doesn't have a grill like other KOAs we have stayed at. The sofa bed is horrifyingly uncomfortable so don't plan on needing that. Bring an air mattress, there's space for a full size blow up in the sleeping loft. The biggest issue is the heating/cooling. If you turn the heat on, the back bedroom turns into a literal sauna while the rest of the cabin is ice cold. Also, we couldn't leave the windows open at night because everyone around us was so loud. There was a fundraiser event Friday night and golf carts with drunk people were whizzing around until well after midnight. From what I can tell, most people are seasonal here... and they like to party. Which is cool, my husband started looking into a camper to park here seasonally. Lol Seems like a fun vibe. But it's definitely not for people with little kids who care about quiet hours nor for those that are early to bed. I felt for the tent campers after that fundraiser let out on Friday night. There's no way they slept through that. They had tons of kids activities going on every time we drove by the front area. Which would have been amazing and a huge draw if it wasn't for the fact that not a single one of the dozens of kids were masked. My older kids did the mini golf and liked it. The shop has a lot of good basics in case you forgot something: bread, condiments, milk, eggs, etc. Everyone that worked in the shop was super nice and always masked. They kindly served the idiots that strolled in without masks, ignoring the sign on the door that says to wear one. The hiking trails in the KOA were seriously perfect for my kids. We took them over to Kettle Moraine too but this was great for them to just get out and move. There's three pools and I think two playgrounds. This place is MASSIVE, so bring the kids' bikes and scooters. Overall, we had fun. The employees are super nice and there's a lot to do here. Once my kids are vaccinated, we'll come back and partake in all the offerings.

A set of long stairs usher you up to the tower and that is where we started our journey. We climbed to the top and what a sight it is to see. This tower is high up as it sits on the crest of a hill. Amazing and a bit scary all the same time when you get to the top. Bring your pup cause this place is a perfect little spot to hike thorough with them. Trails are well marked and walking through the forest here is a bit surreal as you are led through windy twists and turns that are littered with rocks and trees and so much nature it is just a pleasure to experience. We drove up from Milwaukee and it takes about 50 minutes to get here. When heading home I suggest taking the scenic route back and driving by Long lake and through the country side of Wisconsin. Lot's to see and just an enjoyable jaunt all around!
