We were visiting Milwaukee and I found Royal Limo via google. We had round trip airport pick up to/from our hotel downtown. We received great service, very professional and nice drivers. Our arrival flight indicated that we had been diverted for some reason, (which wasn't the case) so when I called from baggage claim, Royal Limo was surprised. They had been following our flight and something went wrong with the airlines system. Our pick up was not delayed and was there in 2 minutes even with the error on the part of the airline. If you need to rent a limo bus, this is your company, from the first interaction, the service was extremely professional and helpful. Kevin was willing to let me come and see the limo bus we would be using, and was extremely flexible due to the fact that we did not have all of our details in place yet. We went with the 18 passenger limo bus with the tailgate trailer, and it was more than we could have hoped for. You know when then say things that sound too good to be true, usually aren't, well this is not the case with Royal Limo. Kevin was upfront about the pricing and what was all included in our price. The tailgate trailer is amazing, as a seasoned tailgater, this was the easiest and best tailgate I have ever been too. Not only does the tailgate trailer come with everything you could need - amazing sound system, games(bags, ladder golf), chairs (that are great quality), a cooler, paper products, canopy for rain (or sun in our case) charcoal and gas grill, and an amazing driver who will set up, grill, and then clean up for you. All you provide is food and drinks. Ron our driver was amazing, he was part of our party, but not in that weird uncomfortable way :) he was fun, happy to be there, and got to know us. I believe there was an arm wrestling match at the end of the day :) :P All in all, it was a great experience, and everyone in our party was thrilled with the service and great times that we had due to using their services. Words cannot properly express the gratitude I have for this company! My 82 year old mother needed to travel from New York to Milwaukee, to visit my sister and her children. Unfortunately, my sister was unable to pick up my mother, which at her age was incredibly disconcerting. The uncertainty of how she would get from the airport to my sister's home, what stranger she would encounter to drive her, and how would she find them, was quite challenging for my mother. After inquiring at two other companies, I spoke with Gary at Royal Limousine. He was exceptionally patient, (even though our call got interrupted), and very understanding of the situation. I knew immediately that I had found the right company. Upon arriving in Milwaukee, Daniel (Mom's driver) found my mother immediately and took care of her, as if it was his own mother. Every step of the way, I received emails alerting me to the current status of the pick up and drop off of my mother. These included the make, model, and license plate of the car, as well as a picture of Daniel. It was an extraordinarily reassuring experience for both my mother and myself. She is so excited, she is telling everyone she meets about this company. I am very thankful to the two dear men with whom we had interaction. We hired Royal Limousine to transport our wedding party from our church in downtown Milwaukee to Lake Park and then to the Pritzlaff Building. We worked directly with Kevin to make the reservation and he was very honest about the services they provided and gave us a detailed breakdown of the costs which helped us stay within our budget. We got the 16 passenger limo bus and it fit our 10 person wedding party, our ring bearers, flower girl and photographer very comfortably. As good as it gets is right! When you put 5 stars up for a company, the description for 5 stars with Yelp is "as good as it gets" and I gotta tell ya, Kevin the owner is a class act. I am in Las Vegas and had an employee of mine stranded in Milwaukee. I found his company and called and explained the situation. It's a long story trying to explain why my employee was basically adrift in Milwaukee but I needed to get him to his hotel on a Sunday night. Kevin was awesome! It turns out that he couldn't help me but he had connections with another company that he knew they would be able to help him and he was right, the company he referred me to was just as outstanding as him! I was surprised that he would refer business on but he went past his money making capacity and found his heart and really, really helped us out! I am so impressed - I'm almost speechless! I am going to my employer and push to open a corporate account with Kevin because of the incredibly decent way he handled this! Use this guy! You will not be sorry!
