I researched several auto detailers and decided to give Cory a try. With over 20 perfect 5 star ratings on Yelp, how could I go wrong. I was also impressed with his web site which added credibility. My first job for Cory was my 2004 VW Passat which was absolutely filthy. I was going to sell it and needed a good wash/wax/detail. Cory assured me he would make the car look "brand new" and he was not joking. After he and his associate, Matt, were done, the car looked like I just drove it off the lot. It looked so good that I actually had second thoughts about selling the car. I had no problem selling the car - it took me 7 hours from the time I posted my ad on Craigslist to the time the buyer drove off. The service I received from Cory was so extraordinary that I decided to sign up with Yelp so I could write this review. Cory is extremely honest, conscientious, a perfectionist who takes pride in his work, and goes above and beyond to get the job done! My story: As I work full-time Monday through Friday, Cory drove to my apartment to view my husband's work truck and provide a bid. The truck was parked in a darkened carport where visability was limited. When asked about the conditions of the interior, I told him I had not driven it in awhile but thought it was pretty clean and only need to be vacuumed and wiped down. We agreed to a price and he transported the truck to his shop (so he could do the work without disturbing my neighbors). The next morning he called to report the interior was very dirty, had carpet and upholstery stains, and that he would need to keep it all day to work on, BUT his policy is to stand by his bid and so he would not charge extra. Corey does outstanding work, he's a perfectionist and that's what you want when someone is cleaning up your car. He's done a BMW 330i for us that gets parked outside always and commutes to San Francisco so the paint really gets abused with a gritty film that regular washing doesn't touch. When he was done it was super glossy and has held up remarkably well all year. The interior wasn't much better with stained carpet and seats from too much coffee, it still looks brand new a year later. Just recently Corey worked his magic on a 2003 black/black Z06 Corvette. This car had been driven occasionally in the midwest and stored uncovered in a warehouse. It looked like a 12 year old had waxed it with a paintbrush when I got it. 7 hours later after clay bar, polish and wax it is spectacular and you'd never know it's an 8 year old car. Corey and his staff are the bay area most hard-working autobody detailing/car wash business ever!!! I worked with Corey for over three months before we finally came to setting a date for a car wash and detail job. He even called me while he was at a conference in Texas and worked with me. So we finally set a date in July and he and in of his staff spent well over closer to 10 hours detailing the full car defogging the lights and waxing the whole entire thing and rims. They worked on it for 10 hours! It was the best couple hundred dollars well spent. It looked even better than when we got the car brand-new, no joke! WOW! Baker's Mobile Auto Detailing really went above and beyond my expectations. I met Corey at a friends house while he was detailing there vehicle. I was so impressed by his work. I had him come out to detail my cars, boat and rv. You can really see that he takes care of your vehicle like it was his. His attention to every detail of the vehicle was amazing. I have had my cars detailed many times over the years by several different guys and a few car washes. While I am generally happy with the results, I cannot believe what a difference Corey Baker of Baker's Mobile Auto Detailing makes. Wow! My 11 year old Audi and 5 year old Lexus were both detailed and they both look as good as the day I bought them new. He has won me over. Core was punctual and on time for the estimate. He said he could do the job the next day and price was very reasonable. He showed up on time the next day and went to work on my faded boat. I didn't think the oxidized paint would ever come back to new because my boat was 21 years old. He said the job would take 4 to 6 hours. It took him 11 hours and the results were amazing. There are not too many people that I can trust with my car. This place does an excellent job. Time and time again it comes out SUPER clean!! They are fast and reasonably priced.
