Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. After week after week of being told my car will be repaired. He kept increasing the repair costs. After almost one month of this individual saying my car will be ready. My car repair bill went from $1800.00 to $3400.00 Ask this individual Rene Garza to return my key FOB. He ignores my calls and texts. When Garza do responds he responds with excuses. This has been going on for two weeks and I cannot retrieve my property. I went to the police to file a complaint and I was informed by the police, I am not the first person he has done this to. There has been numerous complaints about Garza's behavior. Now I will have to sue this guy in court to get my property. Avoid Renee Garza at all cost...you have been warned. Update on this individual.... So after my initial quote of $1800.00 increased to a whopping $3400.00. After this Rene Garza keeping my vehicle for close to a month and promising again and again my car will be ready for pickup and not keeping his word. After asking this guy to return my car for two weeks, then forcing me to go to the police to ask for assistance. I pick up my car and drive no more than across the highway from this shade tree mechanic shop. My car stops and I am unable to start the car. Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car.
