The invoice only shows the total cost for each service as a whole, making it impossible for customers to see exactly what they are paying for. That is not being transparent or honest with customers. I discovered the parts prices and the labor charges through a link they had sent me. At the time they sent it, it only showed the totals, just like the printed invoice they gave me. However, a few days later, the same link displayed much more detailed information. If they were truly honest, they would provide customers with the complete breakdown from the beginning instead of only partial information that leaves customers uninformed and makes it difficult to understand exactly what they are being charged for.
