Broken window on left the right one was fine until they broke it then glued it back together horribly!!!! ‍
    Priscilla O.

I'm giving one star because the guys that came to "repair" were genuinely kind. I would definitely not recommend this place. They came out to fix one broken window and as they were doing so they broke my other window next to it. They glued it back together and called it a day then I checked to see if my window would slide open like before and of course it didn't their measurements were wrong. Then they take off the window holders, broke one or two of those and guess what glued them back together and called it a day again then I called to see if I could get some sort of discount or anything for how much more damage they did and the owner said no that almost 600 dollars was cheap. They are terrible!!! I'm very unsatisfied and would never recommend this place.

Everything was done quickly and professionally, and the quality of the work was excellent. It's hard to find someone reliable these days, but he definitely delivered. Fair pricing, great communication, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy handyman and will be calling him again for future projects.

I pulled the pins and cards out of my fence and called the number on the card. After confirming that the person I was speaking to was Richard, I asked him in a friendly voice to please not do that in the future. RICHARD in a arrogant tone stated, "YOU ARE BOTHERED BY FIVE BUSINESS CARDS ON YOUR FENCE!" I responded, "This is our property not yours, why do you think you are intitled to an attitude?" RICHARD," I don't have an attitude. You are the one who is bothered by five business cards!" I HUNG UP ON HIM! I WOULD NEVER LET A MAN WITH THAT ATTITUDE OF ENTITLEMENT INTO MY HOME! EVEN MORE SO, TRUST HIM WITH DOING WORK FOR ME IS UNTHINKABLE! BTW, OTHER PEOPLE HAVE CONFIRMED THIS IN THE REVIEWS HERE.

I needed to replace a stationary dual pane window with only one side of the glass broken. They were patient, explaining to me in detail how thy build a new window and why all the materials have to be new so everything fits perfectly. I've never replaced a window on my own or at all for that matter. I installed the new window reusing the old spacers right where they were with the old window. It was a tight, tight fit, but I got it in. The next morning, there was a crack from top to bottom. I called them and they told me to bring in the window. They explained that the new window has a small margin of error in the measurements and that every window must be spaced as needed. So me reusing the same spacers caused too much pressure at one point and the window cracked. So these guys offered to rebuild me a new window at cost and have it ready that same day. I can't tank them enough for the customer service and the understanding they had. The new window with the spacers removed and installed only where they were needed, only three across the bottom, fit great. I did notice inconsistent gapping between the window and the frame, indicating that my window from a must be out of square. None the less, there was still space enough all the way around the window that there shouldn't be any future problem.

I called SoCal and had them come out and give me a quote. The salesman was fantastic, he was very clear and gave a great demo of the glass options available for the windows. We ended up going with the Anlin Catalina series and couldn't be happier. SoCal Energy stayed in contact with me about the progress of getting the windows in and they did the install a day earlier than originally though. The team was on time and got right to work, they replaced all 7 windows and my sliding patio door in a few hours and the work was great. My wife and I are very happy with the windows and patio door, the quality of the glass is great and the frames look really nice. I'd highly recommend SoCal Energy to anyone looking to upgrade their windows or doors.

Was given a fair estimate however the sliding glass door/windows were measured incorrectly and the new windows were manufactured too small. The installers discovered this upon installation and left my old aluminum windows in place and installed the new windows within them. The new slider was two inches shorter and two inches narrower. They filled The discrepancy with foam and attempted to cover their error with a cheap plastic trim that did not match the window. In addition, I had ceramic tile installed in front of the slider based on their assurance that the tile would not be touched. The first thing they did upon installation was cut the tile. At the end of the day the slider was left with the old windows and the foam exposed and no caulk or grout in the space created by cutting the tile. The company also did not pull a permit as required by my city. When I complained I was told it was not 'rocket science' and that even my son could install the trim, etc and basically finish the job. They further refused to rectify the situation stating it would cost them too much money! A horrible experience I am still dealing with. I would not recommend them.
