The people that came and picked her up were very respectful of not all of her needs but of my needs as well for Bella was part of my family. They were extremely fast from the time I connected Loving Pets this morning (10/19/24) to the picking up of Bella's remains. I also have a 13 year old terrier when he passes away I'm planning on using Loving pets serves again for him as well. It was with Marvin and his people help that I was able to find some closer for I know that she's really at peace now. Thank You Loving Pets

While the circumstances were not good, the service was. She made sure to connect with us. She asked…read morequestions about our dog and made sure we knew this was not easy but given his condition we were doing the right thing. She explained the whole process that the medication would have on his body and gave us plenty of time with him. She also provided a paw print and offered a keychain with his hair in it, no extra charge. I will use her again when the time comes for my next dog if we are still in town. I have recommended her to other people and they appreciated her as well.

Definitely a sad day when you have to fathom putting your family pet down. If you have a family pet…read morelike we did, this is the most calming and peaceful way to put your family pet down. I would say it takes roughly half an hour, talking over your family pet, as they calmly give your family pet a three step process. Dr Martin was very gentle with our family dog Miles and as we spent our last moments with him, she peacefully sedated him, as well as talked us through their process. Instead of putting your dog and your family through the stresses of a veterinary office definitely give A Peaceful Process a call. You can schedule your appointment online and the will work with your schedule. This isn't the easiest review to make but when it comes to your family pets calm and restful passing, as well as your mindset going through losing wha most would say is a member of your family, this is the way to go about that.

I wanted to let people know that they did follow up with me with a very heart felt apology and did want to let us know that they were correcting the issue that happened. I also wanted to let you know that over the last 20 years they have always been nothing but professional toward us and very caring when we had to do this in the past. So I want to that them for the apology.

We thought she had hurt a hind leg and was just in pain. Doctors did X-rays and blood work. X-rays were good but the blood work showed an infection along with a fever. Docs put her on fluids for her dehydration and gave her IV antibiotics. After a couple of days in the hospital her fever was down and her blood work looked closer to normal, but she still wouldn't eat. We went out on Saturday night and spent about an hour with her trying to calm her and get her to eat. When we got there she had a petrified look and was scared to death. We were able to talk to her and pet her but still couldn't get her to eat. Doc said she might not eat there because she was so scared. We left her one more night for the fluids and antibiotic IV and a recheck of her blood work on Sunday morning. Temp was down and blood work was close to normal so we brought her home. After checking out the backyard and house she and our other cats all relaxed. She's eating and drinking like crazy now and just demanding attention. Everyone at VCA was great! From the receptionists to the technicians and doctors! Thank you for the wonderful care our little girl got! You all are fantastic!!

These incredible people saved my dog Benji's life…read more Benji was diagnosed with IMHA, and his platelet count was continuing to drop. My husband and I were absolutely terrified and truly thought we were losing our baby. We brought him to Animal Emergency and Urgent Care, where we met Dr. Horton, and she immediately went to work caring for Benji. Dr. Horton was incredibly thorough, compassionate, and reassuring during one of the scariest experiences we have ever been through. Benji spent two nights in the hospital, and he had an amazing team caring for him around the clock. I had never left Benji anywhere without me before, but knowing he was in their hands gave me a sense of comfort and peace that I desperately needed. Dr. Hyman also cared for Benji, and speaking with her about his progress brought me some of the greatest comfort I had experienced in those incredibly difficult days. She took the time to explain things and made me feel like Benji truly mattered to her. This urgent care is a GEM, to say the least. Every staff member we encountered was hardworking, welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The facility was also exceptionally clean and, surprisingly, peaceful, which made such a difference while we were sitting there as nervous wrecks. I even appreciated the TV and the selection of shows and movies playing in the waiting room. It may seem like a small thing, but during those long, terrifying hours, having something to distract me helped more than they probably realized. I cannot thank Dr. Horton, Dr. Hyman, and the entire team enough for what they did for our family. They fought for Benji when we were afraid we were going to lose him, and they gave us our baby back. Writing this honestly brings me to tears. We will forever be grateful for the care, compassion, and expertise they showed Benji. If you ever find yourself in the awful position of needing emergency care for your beloved pet, I cannot recommend this team enough.
