I've never heard of a a Cash buy by a buyer that couldn't deposit $10,000 when we sign for agreement. Our agent didn't even confirm a deposit for a Cash buy . She called me to cancel agreement with the buyer. It was a 20 day escrow cash by and she didn't confirm until two weeks after that we didn't have a deposit. and now we are on last day of escrow and they still don't have a signature and money in the bank and it's 4 o'clock of escrow closing date.

But we were promised by the seller, that he would show us how to work the solar, the home warranty that he paid for is not worth anything with pre existing conditions!! So guess what? Those repair men you sent to fix our AC were obviously worthless because here we are paying for a new unit!!! I've only been here since January!! Our pool filter? We fixed ourselves again..because that was promised, and our outlets?? Never fixed! We had to drain our pool to put the filter in, which in turn this company had painted out pool with house paint, he claims he had painted the pool with "ocean blue" pool paint, our pool was white!! How is that you flip houses? And put a band aid on them...I feel fortunate enough to have fixed the problems ourselves, but I feel bad for the next family that won't be so fortunate.

If you are selling or buying real estate, and are asked to sign documents at an escrow company, "insist" that your agent/broker be there so you can get answers to the questions you will have "before signing". There will be a notary for every signing, but not all notaries are the same, so ask your agent/broker to make a recommendation. With these few modifications, you will have an extraordinary experience. You deserve no less. I closed a sale for a client earlier today and the services the client received were second to none, and Ashley handled everything with class and timeliness, as usual.

I am new to this, did not know how long it would take to pick up my check from the sale. It has been over week so I decided to call the company to inquire, and was assisted by someone stating "I don't know, call your escrow officer". As being someone uneducated on this you would think that someone who works in this business day after day wouldn't respond as if she was going out of her way to give me a response. Definitely don't recommend, if there's an opportunity to use a different company I'd use Chicago or First American where they don't make you feel like an inconvenience.
