I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a home in Bakersfield and decided to hire this company to assist with finding tenants. Unfortunately, the entire process was marred by unprofessionalism and poor communication. When I first contacted the office and spoke to Lucia, she assured me there would be no charge until they found a tenant. However, for the first three months, there was no movement on my property, and my attempts to get updates were met with silence. Lucia failed to respond to my texts, and even after multiple attempts, there was a severe lack of communication. Despite my requests for a weekly call to stay updated, this was never implemented. I discovered on two occasions that my property was not listed on Zillow, prompting me to contact the office. The lack of proactive checking on their part is unacceptable for a property management company. As I reside in a different state, I forwarded my mail to the property and asked for assistance in checking it. Despite providing keys to the office, the company struggled to fulfill this simple task, checking the mail only twice in three months. The final straw was when, after deciding to terminate their services in January 2024, they entered my property without notice on a Tuesday. This invasion of privacy, coupled with their overall lack of service, is inexcusable. To add insult to injury, they are now demanding $355 for minimal effort, despite doing little to assist me during the entire period. Lucia's refusal to work with me and the company's lack of customer service make them the worst property management company I've encountered. Unfortunately, I have paid the $355 because Lucia threatened to put it against my credit. I found renters for my home who own my home from a different living in, Texas. That should be enough to tell you how useless this company is. In summary, their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of commitment to client satisfaction make them a company to avoid at all costs. read more
