Like they just didn't get how to conduct normal business, everything was like pulling teeth. The move out was NOT smooth and I had to fight for my deposit for being charged for air filters. Really, filters when the property owner provided them, we changed them as normal and left a few in the garage. I used the photos I took to prove the filters as well as the condition of the house which we left in better condition when we arrived. Yet we had to fight for $25 of filters, out of principle. Just be careful is all I'm saying. It could be a headache.

I courtesy call or email would've been nice. They didn't process my application as it wasn't selected but it's just the common courtesy for me with anticipation I was hoping to hear back from them. The application process was easy wish they can let you pay for two applications at the same time but that is not a thing with them. I documented the unit with videos before moving out. When I returned the keys, management told me they would reach out if they needed the carpet cleaning receipt. Instead, weeks later they told the owner that no cleaning had been done -- without ever contacting me for proof. When I followed up, they stalled, first saying repairs were being contracted out and they "weren't sure yet." Eventually, I received an invoice from a company called "De la O Janitorial Services." This company does not exist -- there is no business license, no record in state databases, and the invoice lists only a P.O. Box. When I requested proof of payment, management was unable to provide any evidence that this supposed contractor was paid. This experience feels misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their billing practices. Tenants should be very cautious and document everything thoroughly if renting from this company.

When maintenance finally did show up, he was honest with me and told me that the managers at this property management had asked him to make a note on the work order stating that i denied maintenance, in order to get me to pay for any damages and the maintenance itself. Luckily he was an honest guy and said he wouldn't do that but he told me to be careful with this management. Just knowing that, i'd never move into a place that uses this property management, total scam and dishonest. Be careful!

I had to take care of my mother's rental after her sudden passing. We were only given 21 days, to vacate the property. They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business! She did a fantastic job, and honestly, I think her regular visits played a big part in keeping everything in such great shape. Never answer the phone so you have to leave a message. They eventually closed the office so you had to make an appointment to get in to speak to. Along without answering the phone. Eventually Lorena called me back. She was the best. When I left they didn't have time to do a walk through. Waiting for my deposit it was over 1 month so I sent a note stating I would take them to court and 3 days later I received the entire 1500. I would have doubled the deposit
