I say mistakenly because I asked her if that was the agreed upon reimbursement with Aetna. She assured me and they had all the correct deductible information. I can't say whether the treatment plan was correct as I haven't returned yet. I do have the home treatment plan but everyone I have spoken with this diagnosis have gotten PT. And the trainer didn't give me a plan for that specific diagnosis. Back to my main issue, I've called twice and emailed them the information but so far the billing person hasn't called me back. I've initiated a zelle refund no response. The excuse they gave me was until the insurance pays them their portion $3+ lol, they won't refund me the $50+. I'm not giving them a 1 star because I think this is sloppy vs intentional. If you're cash customer there's no problem. If you're using insurance just realize the potential issue.
