Kathy is extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Please save your time and energy. Would not recommend her as your PT!

I worked with Rachel and she was attentive and worked with me for the entire hour, at least 30 minutes hands-on and 30 minute where she reviewed my form as I learned the corrective exercises to help with my shoulder pain. I highly recommend this place: kind and professional staff and you get what you need, the therapeutic care to help you get better.

Much gratitude!

I had almost no abductor function or strength in that leg. After working with Ali for several months and following her recommendations and guidance for "homework" I am now able to walk more normally and stand on only the affected leg allowing me to dress normally. I was delighted to find, in her new solo practice, that she is able to devote herself completely to my appointment, without having to passing me off to an intern or assistant. I have been to so many sports massages, physical therapists, and a few chiropractors for knee pain that I kept getting on my runs and the bike. I did everything as I was told and never got a solution. I came across Kelly and didn't know much about Myofascial Release so I was a bit skeptical at first, but I am so glad I gave it a try. Kelly quickly became my go-to for recovery sports massages. My knee pain has been under control and I started seeing great performance results. I also like the fact that Kelly usually gives me some homework exercises focusing on seeing results.

As Kelly released my fascia I could feel a chain reaction of releases and I could not believe the relief. I booked four more sessions before leaving. She is incredible and I just wish I found her sooner. I have had stuck tension for over a decade that she was able to unlock and release. It so much more relaxing and long lasting than a massage or PT. UPDATE: I've now been to four sessions and can't speak highly enough about the experience. I'll be bringing my kids too. I store stress, tension, trauma in my body and I never knew how to actually get it out until meeting Kelly. I tried chiropractors, massage, yoga. None of it compares to this. My pain is almost vanished since her treatments.
