I really didn't have a whole lot of high hopes. She will work on whatever areas you ask her to, but I would suggest just letting her find them on her own because the discomfort you feel is often a manifestation of a problem rooted elsewhere on your body, and she knows how to find those areas. She can apply any level of pressure from a light touch to deep, deep tissue massage and will adjust it as you so desire. I have never considered looking for another massage therapist since I started going to Rebecca.

During the massage he was very attentive to sensitivity levels. He had some smart insights into what might be causing my pain and made novel suggestions for free ways to alleviate it (e.g. looking at my running posture).
