The cracking sounds were expected since I watched some videos before, but when they actually happened it was somewhat amusing to me that my body could make that kinda sound without injury, but relief. lol... Typically people go for back problems but I went for mostly my ankle injury. My insurance offers a few fully covered chiropractors visits so I have it a try. I really didn't have a whole lot of high hopes. But Dr. "Bill" was very helpful in giving me tips on what to do at this stage of my injury recovery to maximize my future ankle flexibility as it recovers. In just one session, my sciatica feels better than it has in over four years since I was diagnosed. Yet, I still feel relaxed and pampered after each session. She is incredibly strong, but her motions and technique are not forceful nor overbearing as I have had from others. She will work on whatever areas you ask her to, but I would suggest just letting her find them on her own because the discomfort you feel is often a manifestation of a problem rooted elsewhere on your body, and she knows how to find those areas. She can apply any level of pressure from a light touch to deep, deep tissue massage and will adjust it as you so desire. I have never considered looking for another massage therapist since I started going to Rebecca.

I will certainly return for more work. I have seen a number of acupuncturists over a 35 year period. I'm not easily impressed, and I'm very impressed by Green's work. A bonus is that they work with insurance companies. Everything very straightforward and clear.

My husband and I were so impressed with the experience: we brought a little picnic and the two hours were perhaps the most relaxing of the year as a windy winter storm raged outside of the cozy little enclosure. Perfect conditions for soaking: something about being outside in the winter but at the same time feeling warm, safe, and private. Perfecto. Since our soak, we have loved this place even more since following them on social media: we love their commitment to speaking out about the issues we care about, even at the risk of folks who have never visited trolling their reviews.
