My long hair cat Cassie was groomed again today (1/12/26) by Balanced Dog. Taryn and Anndrea did an amazing job with her. Cassie gets matted very easily and hates when I brush her. They bathed, removed mats, cut her bib and booty area short and trimmed the belly, trimmed nails and brushed her teeth. Very first time we brought our puppy last year, he came home with perfect cut. 2nd time we went back, his legs looked like chicken legs which we didn't ask for. Today my husband show them pictures of my puppy's first hair cut and asked them to have hair cut like the photo, he cam back again looking like chicken legs . Front legs are ok. I'm not sure if we will go back there or recommend this place. It's really sad now we have to wait for hair on the hind legs to grow out. His hair on the head is horribly cut as well. We've been coming here the past year and it's always great but gets better every time. I have a Pomeranian who hates to be brushed by me but has no problem being groomed here and he's very sensitive with his skin and paws and not using clippers and everyone remembers and takes great care of him. I also have a 14 year old Corgi/Pom mix who doesn't like to be separated from the other dog and they always groom them together in the same room and keep them together while the other is waiting. The best groomers ever! My dog is 16 years old and very anxious now. Plus she dislikes getting groomed. Anndrea is amazing with my dog! She is kind, patient, and always does a perfect job! We have previously used their mobile services but went to the new shop this week. It is really nice. Dogs are bathed in individual rooms. There are no kennels at all. The staff is so nice and extremely accommodating, I've been late twice to drop off because of my newborns unpredictable nap schedule and they shifted the time without making me feed bad about it !
