After 3 weeks of the Puppy Program board and train, BMO is a completely different dog. She is confident and happy. She does not hesitate to show affection to people she used to avoid. with strangers, she doesn't react. she either introduces herself or ignores them. the days of being embarrassed and stressed of bringing my puppy around people are over. We had a reservation at a boarding in banning for our 1 yr old XL American bull dog and were turned away at the door. Unsure if we'd be able to stay in California for the weekend. Khaleb responded within 30 minutes of contacting him . His professionalism knowledge and genuine care provided immediate comfort to our family. Our dogs immediate response to the way he handled him was very reassuring. The grounds are clean. Dogs are well kept and well behaved. It had a real home feeling to it. It's a smaller boarding with fewer dogs. Which was ideal for our dog. This environment was Less stressful for dogs and he had more time with them individually. I always felt like my dog was treated like one of their own.The training was tailored to her needs and super personalized.Tristan worked with her one on one in public and around the house.He would consistently send me videos and often update me on her progress and what they were working on.He was always willing to answer questions and give me tips during her time there as well as after she came home.Tristan also took the time to teach me how to correct bad behaviors and reinforce good ones. My dog struggled with socializing and meeting other dogs as well as walking on leash.That, along with not listening to basic commands.She would often bark at other dogs from inside the car and while passing them on walks. I am beyond impressed by the progress Delilah made in the 3 weeks she spend with E-quality Dog Training.We stopped by Petco on the way home from picking her up and she did great on leash and did not react to dogs around her EVEN when they barked and growled at her! She was also crate trained and taught to have a more reliable stay, here, go to place and break. I tried the training at Petco and the trainer told me that they couldn't do anything because that was "her breed" and I just had to give her up if I wasn't ready for that.
