Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer. Overall though, we've had a really positive experience and Susie always comes home happy and tired.

Dr. Cain is rude and verbally abusive towards the family of pet owners. Once I started with my pets there, I tried to stay the course as I had already paid for tests and hoped that my initial observations were not correct. However, that is not the case I never received phone calls, or follow up as promised. This vet also incorrectly told me that my dog may only have months to live, which caused me great pain. Upon taking pet to a different veterinarian, they explained that I previous that did not understand the breed nor take the time to look to see what the breed characteristics were. What Dr Cain said was a certain dire situation, was in fact a normal situation. I would strongly suggest not using this clinic.
